They blocked my account for no reason & most of the times their website doesn’t work.
Application always crash once opened around 15 times then it works
I noticed every time I run myfawry it automatically pastes what was stored in the clipboard without any previous or requested permission. This is a compleye violation to the customer privacy. Please correct or Apple will definately stop myfawry which I find good. I will give it only one stare but promise to revise my evaluation after correcting the issue
They have deducted the test amount for adding card to account and you can not claim it again before 20 days.
Very very very bad and no one will help in customer service they only try to escape from your request.
I can’t login after i updated myfawry … when i send the customer support they didn’t solve it or explain why .. they just said it is jot our problem and closed the conversation!!!!
Bad service
App is crashing when trying login via Face recognition and it gives error message “cannot communicate with the server” when typing password to login.
There should be an option of deleting account to be able to delete my data from myfawry
The application as well as the support are useless. myfawry keeps loading without opening. Tried it in different IOS devices and all the same
After pressing Login it closes automatically regardless the password was correct or not.
Crashes and infinite loading ..
There is no option to recharge electricity cards though in the ad which made keen to install and use myfawry was this option !

The application is not accessible for blind users. This is not in line with the Egypt government to be more inclusive. It is a surprise, especially that it used to be accessible. I think they went for form over accessibility.
I try to create an account than and the last step i have pop-up null !!

Why I can’t pay with my international credit card ? Please recheck the settings for that.

I use Fawry to pay all my bills for years , online or in shops ….
But your app keeps closing every time I open it …
Also transactions get declined and your customer services tell me it is a problem in your site which will take a day to fix ….
My advice to you : make it work the British way , where no space for errors
