DriveEasy Status

This app is a freaking scam. Even though I was A PASSENGER IN SOMEONE'S VEHICLE and using my phone, I told the app I was a passenger and it STILL COUNTED MY PHONE HANDLING AGAINST ME! They are literally trying to rip people off with this. Freaking ridiculous!

I don't feel DriveEasy is accurate. My score hasn't changed ever and the scores for cornering and smoothness are way too low. I never take turns over 3-5 mph and corner smoothly and my speed is consistent depending upon traffic and road conditions. Haven't had an accident in decades. This app needs improvement.

I have called in at least 10 times to report the ap is not tracking my trips. It did in June, but stopped in July. The last 3 reps were Nathan, Connor and supervisor Phil. I have been told a ticket was opened 3 times and that Phil the sup and Connor would personally call me back. NOTHING I have deleted the ap and reinstalled it. I have plugged my iphone into my car. The phone says driving is ON, but my trips are not recorded. I am so damned tired of getting the run around. I also sent an email. No answer. They created a program that evidently is full of bugs. Their email say I am responsible for keeping the progrram running and will loose my discount.

The drive easy app does not stay running in the background after the android phone screen is dark.

Phone number doesn’t activate, didn’t track two of my drives today. App currently most likely being worked on. Weird they can’t just make a company wide announcement. Oh well, it’ll work when it will.

Same problem here.... set up my account a week ago. Still can't verify my phone number. I chatted with three different agents. One said they would get back to me personally through email.... never heard back. One told me the app was "down" and would get back to me when it was working. And the other told me that my number was entered and a home phone number so that's why it didn't work.... but here I am... still not using it...

I setup my account over a week ago but still can't verify my phone number. I keep getting the error that my number was not found. Exactly how long does it take for my number to get added to your system?
