I have not been able to set up Oklahoma for several months, and have tried every single troubleshooting step provided. Eventually support from Oklahoma developer tells me it is an issue with OK DPS doing a server upgrade (for several months??), and to reach out to OK DPS. When I do reach out to OK DPS, they tell me they are not equipped to support the issue and to reach out to the developer. Would be great if the two would communicate directly instead of doing a loop on the end user to avoid helping at all.

I am going to try it. I am disappointed that I’m just now seeing Oklahoma while downloading Oklahoma to check road conditions for the ice storm we have headed to this app tonight. Why would you not want to share Oklahoma all over? I wish I could have tried it with more than a week for the free trial. I rarely use my id because I am disabled and can’t go anywhere but my doctors appointments and the pharmacy but I am going to try it anyway. Don’t know if I will keep it to the paying time since I am on a fixed income.

Someone told me about Oklahoma to get their RealID. So I downloaded it. It’s got a nice UI and UX is decent. I got my DL set up, no problem. But when I tried to set up the Real ID last week, it wouldn’t allow me to upload documents. I was busy so I thought I’d try again later. After all, I submitted all the questions and images they requested.

Meanwhile, the friend who told me about it said he submitted all of his paperwork, only to have it rejected because his SSN is required to fulfill the application. Hello? SSN is required field in Oklahoma . So they lost it on the back-end somehow. So he resubmitted the application, but I’d they don’t return it quickly, he’ll miss out on his family’s vacation to Orlando in October.

So I tried to continue my application today, and now Oklahoma told me I waited too long and had to start the application process over again. So I re-gathered all the documents and tried again: the same problem existed/unable to upload documents. Frustrated, I connected via their chat. The dude said there was a known problem and “the engineers are working on it.” Okay, so what does that mean? “I’ll ask for an update.” He gets back on and tells me that it will require an app update and the engineers are actively working on an update. So I ask, “will I have to start the application over again?” He said, “Yeah.”

Geez. I suppose it’s better than waiting for hours at DPS, but it’s still unnecessarily frustrating.

Pros: Easy easy easy to get 100% set up with Oklahoma. Takes less than 5 minutes. It’s great knowing I can just grab my phone and go whenever I want without tracking down my wallet.

Cons: I do think Oklahoma should add an “Update my License” functionality for those whose license expires/is renewed while using Oklahoma . At the current time (20-Feb-2020), per MobileID help desk, a user must uninstall Oklahoma , then redownload and go through setup all over again. (Less than five minutes, but still...make it a bit more useable/intuitive.)

This is a great app! It was easy to scan in all my documents and didn’t take hardly any time to complete . I think it will be very useful to have my driver license on my phone for numerous reasons . If nothing else than to have a back up for my hard copy license incase it would get lost or stolen . One can even schedule an appointment with the DMV . Very helpful .

The processing was smooth, fast, well-organized and easy. The staff were all helpful, friendly, patient and informative. Acquiring my birth certificate in the bank’s safe deposit box took longer than the process of renewing my driver’s license with Real ID. First, a staff member reviews and organizes your documents, logs you into the computer and sends you to fill out a simple one-page form for the next step. Total time from walking in the door to completed process was less than twenty minutes. Thank you for an efficient, easy government process!

How does the mobile ID update? I renewed my regular license; a month later, I updated to Real ID. The regular license is showing on my mobile ID, not my Real ID. I reinstalled Mobile ID with new Real ID license but regular is still showing. Do I have to wait until license expires, to get Real ID to show up?

I give the mobile id because sometimes I never have my id on me or my driver license and I was told to Download Oklahoma when I was trying to buy something and it required my Id and I didn’t have it on me just a picture I took of my license I like it

I don’t like the process of how I got this digital license, because I had an actual valid license and a valid up to date medical marijuana license, but you know, maybe we’ll get a private mountain for this guy to snowboard on or something.

Only thing I wish was different is I wish u could store Multiple forms of Id in here. Like for instance Indian cards mmj if you have them any kind of Id would be amazing then would truly be an awesome experience to not have to worry about carrying a wallet all the time. But honestly this is still awesome.

It is a very smooth feeling app.
The only things I would change are, when adding RealID documents, they persist. I’d like to add documents as I find them, not all at once.
And, I was under the impression that this could be added to wallet?
Those qualms aside, it feels like the future!

This is something I truly love! It's easy to verify and I just got my license renewed and it updated on my phone without me having to do anything. This is the one thing everyone has on them is their phone!! But I think it needs to be advertised more so people know about it. Now we have everything on our phone. We don't need a big bulky walet. I love Oklahoma!!

Got all my documents downloaded on Oklahoma. Called the tag agency. Waited for my turn to go in. And told them I had already scanned my documents (brought the documents with me just in case) good thing I did. She needed to rescan a document to get a better angle. Only issue was the final facial recognition (for real ID) needs to be in the same lighting as when you initially set up the application.

This is absolutely amazing to have on your phone & can be used at pharmacy’s or to law enforcement officers. Simple to set up & gives you that additional piece of mind in case your purse or wallet might be left behind or worse stolen & hopefully you still have your phone with you! Everyone should have this!!

Simple set up and innovative confirmation feature. Very easy to present and understand. I love the ability to apply for my real ID from within Oklahoma by uploading the appropriate paperwork. Even better, the data pulled was directly from the database with no old information. (I changed my address a couple of years and updated it with the state but didn’t ask for a new license. My digital ID indicates my new address.)

I think its pretty nice, I know a lot of times we take our ID’s or DL for a quick run into the store or a night out at the bar and forget to put it back where it goes… and OF COURSE we always have our phones so this is great for situations where your cant fins it or don’t have it available. Im actually really intrigued to see how many people/places or even police, will consider this a “valid” form of ID since its not a physical card like what EVERYONE is used to.. but overall I love it and the idea. Hope it takes off!

I have had Oklahoma for a couple of years, absolutely love it. No more digging in my purse to find my drivers license especially when you are picking up layaways etc. Just click on app with Face ID and done. It was definitely a little hard for me to get my face points correct but I am not techie at all. I have told so many people about Oklahoma , you cannot go wrong.

I love my mobile ID it comes in very handy when someone needs my ID especially when you don’t have your wallet or if you need to send your idea through the Internet or for other purposes it even when being pulled over and the police want to check your ID you always have it if you have your phone thank you very much

So easy when needing to show ID for proof of age or identity for anything. We always have our phone easily accessible so can show ID without having to dig through purse looking for wallet or ID carrying case. It actually decreases my need completely for even carrying a purse because everything can be done with just my phone and I can keep it close to me.

It was super easy to maneuver thru and get it uploaded and activated. However it states not the Real ID and is asking if I would like to upgrade it to the real ID. That’s the ID I applied and paid for when I renewed my license earlier this month. Also Oklahoma is using the picture from my previous DL will that update and will it reflect that I already have the Real ID?

Oklahoma is dysfunctional as it cannot focus or properly adjust the camera exposure on my face under good lighting conditions. It’s not an iPhone issue; the phone properly adjusts the camera focus and exposure under the same lighting conditions using Apple software.

I just uninstalled Oklahoma and let it go at that. Never mind the issues with expired/expiring ID’s and, the fact they want to charge you starting in November.

I love this concept; honestly, it’s about time this was done. This is a huge step towards not needing a wallet anymore. However, I always have to open Oklahoma twice, as it always crashes the first time. That’s nothing an update wouldn’t fix, though.

Very good idea only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is lacking speed yes I know it’s a brand new thing and all but if I could scroll down like I scroll down through Facebook that would be nice

So looking forward to being able to leave my driving license at home.

I think it will work if the police have the equipment to use. They can not take phone back to their car to run numbers .

After the hassle I went through after losing my drivers license and having to go to 7D in the years this was the most amazing thing ever!

I really love Oklahoma, I can’t wait until more cities and airports are using it! But really enjoy having my ID handy on my phone and not having to dig into my stuff for to pull it out to show it.

I really hope you don’t start charging for Oklahoma.

I love my mobile ID it’s so convenient to use. Not having to worry about carrying my wallet all the time. The only issue I have ran into is education with merchants and not knowing it’s a thing.

Hope it works as they say it will but it was easy to set up took less than 5 minutes

Simply enter your phone number take a picture of your current I’d front and back and wait a few sec and you are done.

The mobile app made it possible for me to get an updated DL before it showed up at my house. Making my life so much easy. Especially during COVID when everything is taking three times as long.

App is working great now turns out my cell provider had a lock of some sort turned on they turned it off and it worked like Cake this comes in useful when I am in a hurry and forget my wallet sometimes thanks mobile Id keep up the good work

Just used it to vote! I forgot my wallet at home. The polling place new about the mobile ID and had no issues accepting it! Trying to see where else I can use it.
