How to fix Oklahoma app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Oklahoma app on iPhone
Update Oklahoma app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oklahoma iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Oklahoma on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Oklahoma network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Oklahoma App
1. On android, goto Settings » Oklahoma » click [Force Stop]

Update Oklahoma to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oklahoma App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Oklahoma » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Oklahoma.

Fix Oklahoma unable to contact server/ Oklahoma internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Oklahoma » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Oklahoma » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
