NBA Status

I have reported an issue with Apple TV and Apple Iphone several times during the last couple months. Have heard nothing from you. Are you trying to fix? Same error happens on all apple devices - Including Apple Ipad. Running the current OS/Patches for all devices (The version are in my Reports). Please give me a status update. Thanks

I tried opening the nba app on the ps4, it is not opening --> freezes on first screen I tried streaming nba games from phone and tablet to tv using chromecast --> constant buffering issues I tried streaming nba games from phone and tablet using apple tv --> constant buffering issues I tried using direct tv streaming from phone and tablet --> constant buffering issues the only option i have as an international nba league pass premium subscriber is to watch games on ipad or phone. This used to work perfectly and frankly is what is advertised. Needs to be fixed before the league starts!

That new version was so bad 1. I cannot remove the cc and that cc was always delate, and while loading the cc, the apps down 2. When watching live, always stop/ no response or apps down 3. Error 404 and Error cannot play the Vedio was always happen while watch reply I paid and I have nothing back, that was a really bad experience

I bought NBA League Pass audio so that I could listen to Bucks games. I downloaded the NBA app, which crashes repeatedly, several times a game, forcing me to restart the app, going to games, selecting Listen, then choosing the team broadcast (Bucks) I wish to hear. I tried clearing the cache and storage and removing the app, then downloading again, but that didn't help. I removed the app from DNS and firewall, and that didn't help. Please tell me what I need to do to stop the NBA app from crashing.
