botim is not working at night, it seems connecting but does not connect

I have been trying to login in my botim from several days but I can't login in , my wifi is connected and is working but when i try to login to botim after entering my number it says there's no internet connection please fix this

I brought a new number and I tried to change it on Botim I didn't find to change a first so I logged it out and than again try to login with my new number it sending me a code but an error appear internet connection problem error code 500, so when I replace my cell phone with new it still does not not working. This new version is not making calls to india and working only to registered on GCC operators. Can i down grade to older version 2.15.7. Or your team is working to fix the bugs. When i make call it is showing a message like "Network Error"

Botim was working fine on my iphone. Now, all of a sudden it updated itself and lost all connections to contacts. In the settings, the contacts is on for Botim, but Botim keeps asking to allow contacts. So, it's chasing its tail. What is the solution?

4g phone & 5g phone cannot connect by the internet ? it is working in wifi but not working by 4g and 5g .. Hope my problem can be known. thanks
