BEWARE - Can Only Install App on One Device

HSBCBermuda can only be installed now only one device so don’t lose that device, especially if traveling. Instead of allowing HSBCBermuda to be installed on more than one device like in other jurisdictions, this Bermuda specific version forces you to pick just one.

Does not work in Landscape mode

I never use Portrait mode on my iPad, only Landscape mode. However, this pathetic new version only supports Portrait mode, regardless of the orientation of my iPad. I guess whomever wrote this new app has never seen or used an iPad.

Multiple Accounts pain

Honestly, I don’t want to use HSBCBermuda and have it logged in to just one token account . Hate HSBC Bermuda with a passion these days.

Super easy and convenient to use. Really impressed.

Good but...

I’m generally happy with HSBCBermuda but really wish it was possible to initiate new transfers. It would also be nice if I could see the balance of my commercial account even if not able to perform transactions.

Add a feature

I like HSBCBermuda , how’d you guys need to add a feature that allows us to do a one time transfer to other accounts or banks.

Overall, pleased with the service.

Transfers

So far so good. Question actually. Can I set up a new HSBC transfer to new payee on HSBCBermuda ? I looked other day but I didn’t know how and it seemed not possible. Thank you.

Easy to Use & Very Convenient

The HSBC App is very easy to use and is very convenient. I use HSBCBermuda when on the go and when at home.

Credit card rewards

I’ve been a BoB/HSBC customer for more than 50 years and I just learned about your credit card rewards program. Maybe it’s my fault
, but I’m so sorry that I have missed probably thousands of Dollars in rewards. You should ensure your customers are aware of the program.
