How to fix Qwick app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Qwick app on iPhone
Update Qwick app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Qwick iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Qwick on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Qwick network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Qwick app issues:

Force Stop the Qwick App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Qwick app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Qwick to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qwick App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Qwick app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Qwick.

Fix Qwick unable to contact server/ Qwick internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Qwick » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Qwick » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Qwick on android.
