How to fix Outsmarted app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Outsmarted app on iPhone
Update Outsmarted app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Outsmarted iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Outsmarted on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Outsmarted network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Outsmarted Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Outsmarted not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Outsmarted App
1. On android, goto Settings » Outsmarted » click [Force Stop]

Update Outsmarted to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Outsmarted App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Outsmarted » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Outsmarted.

Fix Outsmarted unable to contact server/ Outsmarted internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Outsmarted » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Outsmarted » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Outsmarted
