I have a login problem. Can't login, when I ask to refresh the password, I get an e-mail but when I click it I have a crash problem. I need help because I have an order and need to check it.

How to fix Freelancer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Freelancer app on iPhone
Update Freelancer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Freelancer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Freelancer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Freelancer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Freelancer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Freelancer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Freelancer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Freelancer » click [Force Stop]

Update Freelancer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Freelancer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Freelancer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Freelancer.

Fix Freelancer unable to contact server/ Freelancer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Freelancer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Freelancer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Freelancer
