Throughout Ramadan, I consistently used Talabat for my orders, and it never failed to deliver on time or meet my expectations. However, I decided to give this app a try. Although I found their item search feature to be slightly more comprehensive, I encountered an issue when I forgot to add an item to my order. Upon contacting their support, I was informed that they couldn’t add the item due to the merchant’s policy. Their solution was to cancel my entire order and place a new one. Consequently, my money was transferred to my this app Wallet. I reordered, expecting a delivery time of 40-50 minutes, a little before 2:30 pm. As time passed, by 3:45 pm, 75 minutes had elapsed, and I received a call apologizing for a further delay, with Snoonu indicating an additional 30-minute wait. Now, after 90 minutes, I’m uncertain whether we’ll receive our order within 120 minutes or at all. It’s disappointing that this app’s response was to again blame the merchant, showing a lack of dependability.
