Unfortunately, like all local delivery services here, you can’t depend on them to deliver your food/stuff within the time frame. Especially when you pay by card, because they have no incentive to get your food to you on time, because payment has already been made and they couldn’t care less if your food arrives after 1 month. When you complain to customer support they don’t even try to make it up to you, they give you the old excuse “ oh We’ve talked to the head of operation of delivery and he has urged the driver that you’re our priority “ like what does that even mean? Where is my food when will it arrive? Why was it late? And on top of it not making sense, it’s probably some automated response they have for all late orders.. our companies need to have better customer support, but I doubt that will change any time soon. In short, all delivery apps here are unreliable unfortunately, except for the orange one. I am for sure never ever having business with this company again. Very disappointed.

I do not leave reviews but the last experience with Snoonu left me with no choice. I learned from previous orders the system is broken and does not print my full address. This obviously causes issues with delivery. My final order with them I entered the address fully in the delivery location AND typed it out in the delivery notes. The system again did not retain the information. The order that was to be delivered in 65 minutes was over 90 minutes late, 30 minutes spent with chat telling me it wasn’t their problem because the delay was with the restaurant and implied I lied about how I entered my address. At the end I demanded a supervisor call me as it was evident I was getting absolutely no where with this chat agent and was told my concerns were raised and the supervisor would decide if they would call. Do not waste your time and money with this app.

The worst thing about Snoonu is not the fact that your order will almost certainly be late. It's not that you'll wait at least 20 minutes on your phone to chat with their customer service. It's not that customer service will take everything in and then say "we're sorry about that" and leave the chat without having resolved the issue. The worst thing about Snoonu is that they will not, no matter what, admit to their fault and compensate you for wasting your time. I want so hard for a local business to lead the industry when it comes to food deliveries, but Snoonu will make sure to give 1001 reasons to make you find an alternative.
