Service not recommended at all. In less than a week two bad experiences. Waiting for more than an hour to get food delivered from a restaurant five minutes away from my place.
I had a very bad experience , food took much longer than what is mentioned in the application , Arrived one hour later in bad condition (cold ) .
Also that would be helpful if at least the customer can have the informations ( phone number) of the driver who will deliver instead of just waiting and having no info at all .

خدمة العملاء جدااااا سيئة . لا يوجد رقم سهل التواصل عليه لحل المشاكل . توجد خدمة دردشة بس مش كل الناس فاضية تقعد تكتب وتشرح لمشكلتها عن طريق الدردشة
