Close and restart the Viz app on iPhone
Update Viz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Viz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Viz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Viz network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Viz app issues:

Force Stop the Viz App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Viz app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Viz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Viz App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Viz app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Viz.

Fix Viz unable to contact server/ Viz internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Viz » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Viz » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Viz on android.
