Close and restart the Roovy app on iPhone
Update Roovy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Roovy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Roovy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Roovy app issues:

Force Stop the Roovy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Roovy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Roovy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Roovy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Roovy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Roovy.

Fix Roovy unable to contact server/ Roovy internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Roovy » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Roovy » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Roovy on android.
