Is there a problem with changing the setting in ecoflow. I van only see the battery status and I can't see the live status of my usage and I can't change anything

Ecoflow Pro will not turn off by holding in power button for 3-4 seconds. The screen will shut off with a fast push of the on off button, but cant get Pro & smart battery to turn OFF. Also my pro is not holding a charge, overnight it dropped from 99%to 96% with nothing plugged in except solar.
