How to fix Ornament app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ornament app on iPhone
Update Ornament app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ornament iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ornament on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ornament network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ornament Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ornament not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ornament App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ornament » click [Force Stop]

Update Ornament to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ornament App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ornament » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ornament.

Fix Ornament unable to contact server/ Ornament internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ornament » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ornament » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
