I saw an add on Instagram for this company so I figured I’d give it a shot. It had a good deal going on so I got over $100 worth of product for about $40 so I went for it. It had a PayPal option. Seeing as I already had PayPal on my phone, and I didn’t want to walk downstairs to get my purse, I went with the PayPal option. I placed my order, put in my address, and went about my evening. The next day I checked to see if it had left the facility yet and it had an ARIZONA address, while I’m in New York. I called to get this fixed and they said “you must have put Arizona by mistake, this is your fault, and we cannot fix it”. I had ordered about 14 hours prior, it hadn’t left the warehouse, and they told me I was SOL. I later got an email saying that it used my PayPal address ( my PayPal address has been New York for almost a year ) and that’s why it was sent to Arizona. Regardless, they said they fixed the problem. I just checked, 3 days later and it’s arriving in Arizona tomorrow. Considering weight, it’s going to cost over $50 to ship it from AZ to NY. I’m going to spend more to ship for THEIR problem then the cost of the product I bought. Needless, I will NEVER be buying from or recommending this company again. Sad, I read such great reviews about products. However no customer should be treated like this for a problem on THEIR end.

For a service that is supposed to bring two things: sustainability and ease to the process of ordering home supplies, Grove does the complete opposite.
GroveCollaborative will place random "suggested" items into my cart each month that I don't want (usually something made of plastic, there is A LOT of green washing happening on this service) and if I am not careful I end up over paying for supplies I don't need. The interface is not intuitive at all and seems geared at every turn to confuse you into spending money. I'm 25- if I was older and less tech savvy I probably wouldn't be able to use it at all without paying 100$ a month for cleaning supplies. It's wasteful and expensive and GroveCollaborative makes it difficult to navigate and understand the terms of my subscription.
There are a few items I really like from grove (the walnut dish scrubber is the best I've found on the market) and I will continue buying them but the way that GroveCollaborative is designed and how it pressures you to overspend is a major turnoff for me and I think it contributes to the culture of clutter and waste that Grove markets itself in opposition to.

When I first started with Grove almost 3 years ago, the minimum order requirement was much lower then it is now. I used to be able to order my items monthly and was so delighted to finally have found a company that had green products but didn’t require more then $15/month to order. Sadly, this has changed. Grove has increased their monthly minimum order. I don’t need enough items to meet the monthly requirements so I’m actually buying less and less from them. I miss the $15 minimum. The products are still great, but the price is the same as it would be at Trader Joe’s, Walmart, etc. so why would I keep buying from Grove if I HAVE to spend extra money to meet their requirements when instead I could shop at local stores in my community, pay less (since stores don’t require a minimum), and not have to wait for shopping?! It’s frustrating that Grove is pushing many people away with with this requirement. What’s the point of requiring so much? Some families can’t afford $25/$35 extra a month. Overall, Grove has good customer, average prices, and good items, I just wish they would decrease their min requirements again.

This Company is amazing with all their products it’s just very expensive! Like if you only wanted to buy one item you can’t it always wants you to proceed to checkout with item worth at least 30-40$ and that’s just ridiculous!? I like to save money on kitchen and home cleaning supplies yes I love this company but it’s just too expensive in my opinion there’s still a lot I want but I can’t even buy what I want without having to spend more when I’m on on a budget? If it wasn’t for that I would keep GroveCollaborative and order all the time for walnut scrubbers and the dish soap and more sandwich bags because there amazing! All and all they have amazing products it’s just way too expensive!! If you don’t mind spending a lot that’s you but for me I like to save so I’ll just make myself happy by buying cleaning supplies that smell great and that I love to use 🤗 yes I’m disappointed in Grove but I know they have their business I just think it’s un necessary to spend so much when your suppose to be saving🤷🏻♀️😒 I’ll give 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because their products are great but 2 👎🏻👎🏻 for their prices...

I love Grove for so many reasons, but, save for time and space, I’ll try to keep it brief. 1) I know that 90% of the time I can come here and find the product that I’m needing. That saves me having to run around to the shops only to find they don’t even carry it! 2) It saves me from having to run around to the shops. I’m mobility challenged and unable to drive. Any shopping I can do online saves me a lot oof headache. 3) I’m able to browse around and find products to swap out with the ones I’m currently using and buy with confidence that they fall within the criteria that I hold for new items coming into my home because I know you have already done the research. And finally, this will be the last note I will point out. 4) The customer service is outstanding!!! Any question or comment I have ever had has been responded to within 12 hours, at most!
Overall, Grove is a fantastic company with fantastic people, fantastic values, and fantastic products!

I’ve been a Grove customer for some time now (before Ms Meyers or Method was seen in stores), and I still get excited when I get a shipment from them. I love the customizable capabilities they offer with recurring shipments. The products they’ve sent has never disappointed, as I was weary to try anything other than “brand name” before. The important thing for me during my change to responsibly-made products was the company’s awareness of the environmental impact and how they integrated that knowledge into their company in order to minimize that impact. Another important thing was worker/human rights and making sure the products I bought were manufactured and produced by people who were not working long hours, being paid cents, no benefits, and in an unpredictable, unsafe work environment. Everything I buy from Grove, I know, is produced by companies who have the same mindset. It was not long before I started venturing out from just cleaning products to towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning rags, laundry, etc. I have never been disappointed.
I actually never write reviews, as I often see them as disingenuous and easily manipulative, BUT I was so happily surprised with the quality of the items I bought in my last shipment, that I just had to write one.
TLDR: Grove is awesome. Buy their stuff.

I love ALL of the products I have ordered from Grove! From their own brand of toilet paper, cleaning products and room spray concentrate to known brands like Schmidt’s, Method and Tom’s of Maine, I’ve never been disappointed. I also love the fact that Grove sells mostly green products and goes above and beyond to ensure their practices are good for the environment too. My boxes always arrive on time and each box I have received has had a personal thank you note written in marker on the outside. I can’t say enough about Grove’s amazing products, services and subscriptions. I love GroveCollaborative and how it reminds me of my shipment, how I can add items and remove items or add them to the next shipment easily. It is also super easy to change a ship date because I get reminders that my order is shipping soon. 100% satisfied customer here; Grove has truly changed the way I shop for household items and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Even though I absolutely love Grove Co’s products, the main reason I love giving them my business and will continue to do so forever is because they truly care about their customers. The first experience that solidified them for me was when I was a brand new customer and didn’t realize my cart would auto ship and I accidentally had a large order charged and coming my way. I reached out to Grove, a little panicked, asking them to refund my card and cancel the order. Their rep was so kind and got back to me so quickly and said, in the event that the package made it to me anyway, that I should please accept it as their gift to me or to donate it to someone in need. WHAT. I knew from then on I would be a Grove customer for life. Even now, when I get my box, there’s a handwritten “thank you” message with my name on the outside! Who does that?! Thank you, Grove. You rock!!

I have been a loyal Grove customer for 3 years now. I enjoy the clean green products they provide. I originally joined Grove to have all my Method/ Mrs. Meyers products shipped to me, but I have since switched over to Grove’s exclusive products. Their hand and dish soaps are my absolute favorite!
They have wonderful customer service and are always happy to help. I really appreciate and have such respect for this company. I purchased quite a bit before the Covid pandemic, so I was fully stocked for a couple of months. When I didn’t skip my month’s order and was ready to begin receiving my items again, Grove didn’t ship my items just in case I had forgotten to skip this month. The actually contacted me that day via email to have me confirm I indeed wanted my monthly order to go through. (They didn’t want to charge my card without permission, how cool is that? What other company will go that far for their costumers’ satisfaction?)
This company goes above and beyond and I will continue to use them and share them with everyone I know. I also enjoy the hand-written notes they write on the boxes.
I wish I could give Grove 10 stars. :)

I know I will have to spend a little more at the grove than other places yet I find it worth it again and again. Their eco minded products get much of the attention and while this is why I started buying from them, I continue to find more reasons. Last week my company volunteered at a food pantry and I was ecstatic to see palates of Grove collaborative supplies. I came expecting to pack low cost cans of food for struggling families but what I got to do was pack high quality, good for the the environment, good smelling, beautiful products for these families. I was so proud to have supported the Grove and now see how they were supporting my community. I think they give all returned packages away AND there was hardly anything wrong with most of what we opened! Made my heart so happy to be preparing packages with such great products that I know these families cannot afford to enjoy. Still on cloud nine from the experience 👏🏼

This is the one place to easily access all of the eco and humane conscious businesses you want to shop, AND they stay within normal retail prices for everything. Also, Grove Collaborative brand products are great as well as being eco-friendly. Their bamboo paper products have sold me forever, seriously they’re toilet paper is life changing, and earth saving! The VIP club is fantastic, from the free shipping and new VIP discounts every month, to the gifts they send with shipments if you buy certain monetary amounts, to the trial size free samples they give away all the time and the product testing club they may send you an invite to; well worth the $20 a year. There’s also a Facebook ad. going around that gives you a complete Mrs. Meyers cleaning kit(worth $35) with your first shipment, AND you get free VIP membership for 3 months with your first shipment as well. Seriously great app and monthly service.

I live in a small town where the closest Target is 40 minutes away. Our small town grocery stores quickly ran out of any and all non-toxic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizers, hand soap, and anything else you could think of at the beginning of the pandemic quarantine. So Grove has been a great place to get non-toxic supplies, and I don’t have to risk my health getting these things at the grocery store.
Also, as a teacher, I’ve noticed that word is starting to spread in school about Grove’s hand sanitizers. One of the other teachers in our school was sharing the Blood-orange hand sanitizer with her students. She had heard about the product from one of the other teachers in the school. We prefer it to the hand sanitizers that the school is supplying us with; the school-supplied sanitizers tend to be sticky and slimy.

I have found some of my favorite home cleaning, laundry and skin care products through Grove. I was initially draw to their collaboration with Arbor Day Foundation with their tree-free paper products, which are honestly better quality than the tree products I used to get at the store. I feel good knowing I’m using products that support less toxicity to the environment and save trees. The reusable storage bags and beeswax cloths are a game changer for me. Reducing my single use plastics was a major goal of mine last year, and Grove has played a big part in helping me do that on my budget. I love getting all the text and email reminders so I can change my subscriptions, and I love all the options available with how frequently to order. Makes it so easy for me to always have my favorite products exactly when I need them. And I also love the personal touch of handwritten “thank you’s” on each box.

I’ve been with grove since 2018 and the whole time they’ve showed outstanding costumer service! My e-mails and questions get answered within a day by a personal Grove specialist. If you have immediate questions you can alway call. Now that they have an app is so much easier to manage my monthly order. I had a few instances where I got a huge shipment with all the stuff I kept postponing to a next month and all I had to do was call them and cancel the order, they have always been very gracious with refunding. Now that there’s an app I can use, these things won’t be happening. The products they sell on the website all amazing and work very well! If you aren’t sure you can always read the reviews other grove members leave under the product! Once I feel like I’m all stocked up on the cleaning products, I pause my membership for a few months and then re-start again. Great deals and so easy to keep track of which items you need.

I love Grove products and their whole company! I Was signed up for a monthly shipment of household items when we were struck with more tragedies than I want to remember! I called and told the customer service that I needed help and may I please send back the two boxes ( it was Christmas and I had gotten extra for gifts) I had received.
Without any trouble they told me to help in a bad situation the least they could do was put my account on hold until I was ready to come back, and definitely for me to keep the products as a small gift for Christmas. They said that they hoped they helped in a small way, Merry Christmas! and they hoped we’d talk again soon!
Attention customer agents——This is how you show appreciation to your long time(even short time) customers. Now that is how you treat a loyal friend. I am hoping to be able to order shortly....I still think of them as one of my FAVORITE companies ❤️Try them, you’ll love them.

I joined Grove in October ‘19 and was very pleased with their first time buyer gifts. After receiving my first box, I was so excited to clean my home and feel good about the products I was using. There are an abundance of choices on the website or app to select from from your bathroom cleaning.
These are not your mothers cleaning supplies my friends. They are chemical free, dye free, and (some) fragrance free products that are geared towards safe for kids and pets. Many of the products are helping to cut down on single use and geared toward multi use to save the environment from excess plastics and packaging. The Grove all purpose spray (and others) come in a concentrated form, meaning you can add them to a spray bottle with water without all the packaging being shipped to you. Brilliant.
Overall, the customer service at Grove and the products are a win. You won’t be disappointed-maybe you can even tell your mom the good news and help her ditch the toxic cleaning supplies around her home.

Grove Collaborative is amazing.. the products and the company are just outstanding. Just a little background.. I’ve ordered from Grove Collab. twice now and I’ve been meaning to make the switch with my household products now for years but I finish just decided to order a few things over time to get rid of my older cleaning products mostly that are not cruelty-free. I was shocked to know that makeup products are tested on animals but even worst to me is that the old products I was using to clean my clothes were tested on animals. That was the eye opener that forced me to switch over to Grove and I don’t regret it. I feel like Grove offers elegant glass alternatives and now I feel happy for the choices I’ve made but also elevated. I’d gladly continue using Grove products each and every month. I love that there are so many options, best thing is that this is a cruelty-free company and the products are environmentally friendly while providing new and innovative ways of reducing plastic and waste. I just love them.

My friends and family are probably sick of me talking about how much I love Grove Collaborative, but I can’t remember the last time I was this excited about a company. I’m very passionate about recycling and trying to reduce my carbon footprint, and I love what GC stands for. I received my first shipment and just ordered my second one, and I am very impressed by the selection and the quality of the products. I was so excited to see that they have beauty products to, as I would really like to get away from using products that are tested on animals. That is another thing I am very passionate about. I can be hard to find ethical products that you can trust, and the fact that I can go to one place to find everything I need is so exciting! The glass cleaner that came with the free introductory kit is the best thing I never knew I needed. It is hands-down the best glass cleaner I have ever used in my life, and I love the reusable glass spray bottle with the silicone bottom. I also love the garbage bags made from recycled plastic! GroveCollaborative is also incredibly easy and user-friendly. Oh did I mention I love Grove Collaborative?

I’ve used Mrs. Meyers for over a year now. When I couldn’t find the cleaning spray in stores my friend told me about Grove. I honestly was not aware of how many natural and waste reducing products there were at an affordable price. GroveCollaborative makes it super easy to discover products. I love that I can edit my cart at anytime for the next month. When I get my box I open it and cannot wait to clean and use my products. I feel better, my home is cleaner, my home smells amazing, and I feel confident in the products I’m using with my 2 children. I love that I don’t have to leave my house to get products. They have great sales and items you can get for free with your order. They also have fast shipping! If you’re someone who has been considering going to natural products and reducing the amount of plastic you use, I highly recommend grove. If you’re concerned they won’t work as well as bleach or 409 let me tell you, they work better!!! Plus you won’t have a chemical smell in your home and no cough or sneezing from using chemical products. I absolutely love grove and cannot wait to make many more purchases with them!

I like the service. I also like most of the products. Things I would like to see:
(1) Service: more refills for purchased plastic containers that are made with paper/cardboard material cartons rather than more original plastic containers. For instance, when I buy a plastic spray bottle of multi-surface cleaner, I’d rather buy the refill in a larger container than just another plastic spray bottle. I see this as even better for the environment which is what keeps me coming back.
(2) App UI/UX: Being a UI/UX product designer myself, I see some disparages in the experience. I’d love a looser search so I don’t have to enter the exact name of something I’m looking for. It works at times but it’s inconsistent. I’d also love to see a better experience where I can set up a subscription for a product BEFORE having to purchase it. It has been hard to create the right subscription “rhythm” for our household due to the need to have to purchase something I don’t necessarily need this order and having it delivered before I can set up a subscription. In my mind it’s a better user experience because I forget what I want by the time I actually need something and want to set up a subscription which actually leads to me purchasing LESS from Grove and just going to a local retail store for the very same products.
Hopefully this helps. Otherwise, love the service. The VIP subscription is worth the money.

I love the convenience, products and service at Grove Collaborative. With Grove, the products I like are conveniently delivered to my house each month. I also get to try new “green” products that I might not be able to find at the stores at which I usually shop. Some of those new products become “must haves” in our house, while some others don’t work well for me or my family. But I’m always glad I had the opportunity to try them.
As for service, one time an item was accidentally left out of my order, but as soon as I notified Grove they sent the product right out to me and they offered me something else for free to make it right. I dropped one star from my review because I get frustrated when something I would like to order is repeatedly not available. It doesn’t happen that often, but just enough to prevent me from giving 5 stars. Overall, Grove is great!!

I have Loved almost every product I have purchased through Grove Collaborative since February 2019...and there have been some pretty big orders! I just wish as an individual I could make a larger impact on the environment. I take comfort in hope that as awareness continues to grow -of this wonderful collaborative and the increased need for eco friendly products- many more will see the importance of these incredible products at an affordable price. I do wish the web site was a little easier to navigate, and that I could purchase a replacement head for my walnut bottle brush but it seems as though I have to purchase the entire item again. These are small issues however...so...time to order a few more item before I send in this month’s order!

I found grove by tryspree. Yeah a sample sight. This huge box showed up at my house. An the hubby freaked but was excited to see contents. We found all these free products I researched grove collaborative online and then called and found that. The everyday cleaning products I was using could/ might be causing harmfully effects to me. This is before I saw mrsmeywrs on store shelves. I have fallen for her and groves scents. And responsibly sourced product. I had gone paper towel and tissue free. Using hankies and microfiber to clean. I’ve also fallen for method and a lot of their products. And I noticed the daily shower and grove antibacterial made triggered my allergies. So I gifted it to a few families in my neighbor hood. And two love as well. It was a relief to find they were sustainable sourced fair trade and ethically made. We both are excited when a box comes. To see what face or new product or free gift is with in the box. I have had some minor mishaps with orders but still an awesome company.

Been using Grove for our home cleaning supplies and more for over a year now! I love the affordable prices, quick delivery, and hand written thank you notes on my boxes! When it comes to the holidays, my family and I make sure to stock up on the festive products. We get compliments nonstop from our family that stay with us for the holidays of the quality of the products we use and the scents! And with little ones running around, I love that the products are more natural than your store based products. I have eczema and my hands usually burn from using products from the stores, but since switching I don’t have to worry about my hands burning anymore! Thank you Grove! We love what you do!! ♥️♥️

My toddler son has Autism and his curiosity, as well as sensitivity, was putting this Mama in a predicament all too often. I’ve always been interested in going green but this little boy jolted me into action! Since starting The Grove, I’ve not made one phone call to poison control or had to break out the Benadryl. Try as we may to chid proof the entire home and watch our little ones like a hawk, they will catch us as soon as we slip up. I no longer have to worry about life or death if he happens to spray himself or taste test the soap. LoL *Its also Extremely convenient to shop the safe products all in one place without having to spend forever label checking. (...and lets be honest, toddlers give us their own time limit at the store.)

I absolutely LOVE GC! My past experience with all natural products? Well let me just say I decided I needed the chemicals! Bc nothing worked wo them...until NOW.
The Grove Co. brand of products I have tried are by far the best compared to other brands on this site. I have yet to be disappointed! Ahh they smell so wonderful and yet I’m amazed how powerful.
The small little refill tubes?? OMG! Where has then been all my life? No more excess bottles under the sink just bc it’s not “completely empty”. So much clutter gone. Or at least a start. LOL
No more heartbreak shopping. You’ve prepared yourself to never find your favorite product again. You finally go down the aisle it’s supposed to be on. And frantically start scanning shelves!! “Yes it’s JUST a floor cleaner! I know that!! But it has taken me years to find just the right one. No easy feat mind you. It smells good, it actually cleans, no streaks & it’s not sticky when it dries. Years of searching and trying. For an employee to look at you like they have never heard of it. And guess they don’t carry it.”
Now it’s delivered every month to your front door. You don’t have to EVEN leave the house. And at last its for cheap! 😂 Love It!

I have been a Grove customer for probably a year or so now and I am not sure what I did before Grove. As a wife and mom who also has a successful career, I don’t have time to go to the store and hunt down my favorite cleaning and home products so having them delivered monthly is wonderful! Since I have been a subscriber, their inventory has grown substantially. I truly feel appreciate by this company, they have amazing customer service, and they have even given me truly honest opinions regarding certain products. In fact, they advised that a certain product probably wouldn’t be for me based on my preferences, which says a lot about this company and who they are. They also write a handwritten “thank you” on every shipment! I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

I love Grove! I get all my natural home care and beauty products delivered to my home for great prices! I even get some amazing ‘Grove exclusive’ finds that I can’t get in stores. Things that are good for the environment, my home and for my family too!
GroveCollaborative is so super easy to use, I log in, pick my products I want for the month & they ship it to me super fast! I even get text reminders that my items will be shipping soon so I can update my cart if I need anything else! How convenient.
All of the Grove team are so friendly & wonderful - they always make me feel so well taken care of! And their items are always packaged with loving care. I’ve never received a box that was leaking mess. Everything taped up and wrapped so carefully. I even get a thank you & smiley face on my box!! How great is that?!

I’ve had such a great experience with Grove, I recommended to anyone that asks where I get my household goods and anyone that doesn’t. It’s saved me money by receiving exactly what I need when I need it, no more going to the store and wondering about to find unnecessary items. The products are great and I love their treeless options. I’ve had one or two issues with the requested items vs. received items being delivered but their response time was so fast that I can’t even call it an issue. If you have questions about their products you can reach out and ask, this is my favorite because it gives me a person’s perspective; and if it’s not all they said it would be (which has not been the case) I’m sure they would fix it. They truly have their customers first.

I learned about Grove from one of those "mom celebs" on Facebook (I know, so basic) and tried the VIP Program. I had really high hopes, having heard the oohs and ahhhs about Mrs. Meyers, Method and all these other eco-friendly, mom chic cleaning brands. And, since the very first delivery, I've been impressed by Grove and the products they provide. I appreciate the personalized, eco-friendly packaging that always arrives on schedule. I am now a subscriber to the "Mrs. Meyers soap by every sink" way of life (and so many great scents to try) and a follower of the reusable baggie phenomenon (#lunchboxrevolution). The products look good, smell great, work well, and are extremely well-priced. I've enjoyed becoming a Grovehead and I sing it's praises to every mom friend I have. One word of caution: remember to check your cart before auto delivery each month, lest you end up with products you don't need to reorder yet.

The products are wonderful and cheaper than you can get these same brands at the store. Also some of my favorite things are exclusively at Grove. You have to order at least $15 a month which is so easy because there’s always a ton of stuff I want. $20 once a year for in your vip membership but that covers your shipping costs all year so there is not additional charge for shipping. My only caution is just to check your cart and your shipping dates every month because if you don’t add anything to your cart they will automatically pick your items for you and it may not be what you want. Also shipping dates might change by a day or 2 depending on what day of the week it falls so just check and make sure you are ready to be charged, if not it’s really quick and simple to change. All in all I love Grove and you will too.

I live in a small town that doesn’t have all these natural options for my household so when I came across Grove Collaboration it was perfect for me! Not only can I shop from home but I get my shipment every month, with the option to add or change the products whenever I want. And I get to read all the reviews on all the new products to what other shoppers think. And I love that there are always something new to discover, different brands and new products. The only problem I have is not being able to smell the different options:( And I cant always remember which ones I first ordered and liked, which is why it’s a good thing to write them down. I’ve been a Grove customer for over two years now. Using clean, sustainable, organic products has become important to me ever since I had kids. The products offered by Grove Collaborative are cheaper than I could find in my local stores, and the shipping (free!) is only a few days. My favorite part though is the customer service. They send out a friendly reminder about your order being processed soon, or a text — from a live person that you can actually respond to. I had a problem with one order once and my go-to customer service person responded immediately and refunded my entire order. I enjoy using Grove very much.
