I’m so happy with this app.
I bought a MacBook Air and I’m obsessed. After the process it was set to me the next day. I love it everything is new and wrapped. I don’t have good credit either and this app accepted me. Love this company!!

It’s as simple as they advertise. Pay first month’s rent upfront, then once they quickly approve you they’ll send a notification and ship it to you. It really helped me as I needed a new computer for my school, music production, and photography.

Grover is a little glitchy when it comes to pop-up windows on my phone, but other than that I’m really happy!

I was approved for a order and then they canceled my order. I reached out to them they took days to contact me! I am seriously not happy with this company and how they did me wrong! I am giving them a one star due to the terrible way I was treated. The next day I put the order back in again it was denied. Cs takes days to get back to you.I guess They don’t care how they treat their customers or potential customers.

The “for you” and “your tech” widget is not working.. the only thing working on that widget is the customer service.. that’s why I’m giving a four star. Update your widget and I will consider changing to 5 stars. Used the website Instead. Try to fix this as soon as possible cos Grover is not functional if I can access my account.

Update:
They canceled my rent without telling me anything. Without shipping it and right after charging my account. It’s been hours and nothing from them.. you are walking on thin lines dealing with this company.. I don’t know what their problem is.. whether it’s manpower or whatever.. I’m just bothered I gave them my ssn.

Be careful.

Grover won’t log in and let me view my account I click the top item keypad looking symbol and click login which appears to login but when I click on the account option at the bottom it still shows to login and the “My tech” icon doesn’t work.

I have yet to get accepted I will update once I get a decision but I love this idea keep it up

The process is seamless, and user friendly. Highly recommended.

Said they couldn’t verify my profile when I followed each step and all my information matches no question . i have been waiting on costumer service to get back to me for two days .

Fast an easy

Grover does not work like it is supposed. It crashes and when you click on anything it doesn’t do anything at all.

I do not recommend these guys as they will trap you into a contract and will resort to underhanded tactics to keep you in them! I recently received a Samsung Galaxy S22+ and after my partner made the mistake of thinking they had a rent to own policy I reached out to them to cancel(Right after I received the phone and well within the 14 day period to return). They do not have a number that you can actually call so I had to use their chat system and was connected with Pablo(not sure if he is real but that is the agent I’ve been emailing). I told him the situation and clearly let him know that I wanted to return the phone as I had no intention of over paying for the phone. He waits several days to respond to me and let’s me know what their policy is for purchasing! I send him copies of their policy and the verbiage was totally different and I took it directly from their website!(if I could show pictures I would including our emails back and forth) He waits multiple days AGAIN (At this point after the 14 day period) and now I am locked into this rental agreement! The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE and their rental service is designed to make you pay more. YES I acknowledge it’s a RENTAL service, but if I say I want to return the item before I’m locked in don’t IGNORE me until I no longer can! And don’t present multiple policies on purchasing the product that got rent! THAT IS UNDERHANDED! I can’t review on Google but I am going to review on every store and website I can because this is a horrible way to treat a customer! I did everything by the book and was still trapped!

Two years ago, I spent way too much money on purchasing a laptop from a big box store. That laptop’s motherboard went out and so I decided it was time to get a new laptop for college. It took me a year of trying to find a finance option (could not get approved anywhere because I have not had a line of credit before) until I came across this app. At first I was not sure if it was legitimate, so I wanted to let people know it really works. I was approved in less than half a day, and the payment fits into my budget. I then received my 2021 14” MacBook Pro two days after placing my order. It is phenomenal and works great. Will definitely recommend this app to everyone I know. Thank you this app.
