this app ripped me off. First, I never got a confirmation for my order and I never got a receipt, so I did not see that there was a spelling error on my order. I DID receive an email about how did I feel about my order so they obviously had my email address. Then, I contacted customer support and it took a while for them to respond to my question about my shipping order receipt and confirmation, which they said they could not find. Then, how did you have my email address to ask up follow up questions?!? I was also not able to exchange the item because it was personalized. While it is their on their return policy, I am upset I was never given an order confirmation about the gift so I would have seen there was a spelling error and I would have canceled the order before it was made. I feel ripped off and upset at how long it took customer service to respond. On top of that, my order arrived three business days AFTER it was supposed to arrive. So technically, it was five days late and I was not able to give my gift to my partner on our anniversary.
Added: The developer response is also not helpful. They told me they couldn’t find my order number yet again and when I finally gave them my exact order yet AGAIN, they told me that they would not be able to help me because it was personalized. I did the same thing twice because of the developer response. They are trying to look active in the reviews, but it is just another example of how they will not help.

I ordered a customized blanket for my bf And I noticed the state was wrong for my shipping so I contacted the support and they told me to wait until my order was at the airport so they could track the order and see. Then they told me to contact the local post office and when I called them they were telling me the tracking number was basically not real. I guess they told me the First time to wait until it was shipped out because they knew there was not a way to get my money back. Now there telling me there’s nothing they can do about it because it’s shipped out and is still continuing to say contact the postal office. Now I’m down 70$ and Christmas is 6 days away so now my bf isn’t receiving anything for Christmas. I have screen shots of everything and will be reporting SOUFEEL💯.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They guaranteed Delivery by Christmas! I made sure to take screen shots of all of the info they bait people With! With these tough times I had a very limited amount of money for Christmas gifts this year and their prices were amazing! So I ordered my families gifts over a month ago! Christmas Is in 2 days and al they tell me is that it came to the US on the 10th and it’s somewhere in this country. I have never been so upset and if I can save anyone else the humility of being robbed and left with no way to get your families a gift then I hope it helps! RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

I Oder some necklace and now it’s lost in the post office and I tried contacting them and they replied with the same thing over and over then it says my package will be here the next day but then said I can’t use my address and I been ordering things at my address ever since the COVID got serious and after they said my package is in usps and gonna deliver soon they said not to contact them the way I was because no one would answer and I would have to go the the website that says the same thing and doesn’t help at all with why I still haven’t got my package and saying it’s lost .
I ordered a set of personalized guitar picks and a case on 12/07, and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. They said the personalized picks take 2 days to be ready and then 5-8 days for shipping so it would be here around 12/17, and I would get the picks on time. About the case, they said they didn’t have it on stock at the moment but they would get it on 12/12, because it’s not a personalized item I would only have to wait for the 5-8 days, it would be here by the 20th and still on time for Christmas. One day after I placed the order I got an email that the case would actually be on stock only on the 22nd, so I asked them to cancel my order because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They canceled the case but said that there would be a fee if I wanted to cancel the personalized item since they already started working on it, which is completely fair. So I canceled the case but kept the picks, since I would still get it in time for Christmas. I literally just got the picks yesterday, January 11th. The order was supposed to be here in 10 days and it took them over a month, I didn’t have the chance to give the gift on time and honestly the quality of the pictures on the picks are awful. Never getting anything from them again and would never recommend it!

I ordered a custom photo necklace April 24,2020. The estimated shipping date is between 5-8 Business days. I even went out of my way to email Customer Support and they told me it will ship May 3. Today (May 2, 2020) The estimated shipping date just changed to May 6. All the way up until today it was estimated as May 3. Now, the day right before it’s supposed to ship, they up it 3 days with no explanation whatsoever. I just don’t understand why a Customer Support agent would tell me it would ship a certain date then no further explanation as to why it was moved. Please save both your money and your time (literally) and find a more reliable company.

Please do not buy from SOUFEEL! I repeat again do not buy, they’re totally scammers. I personally got scammed! I’ve an ordered item said it will deliver in 7-8buisness days, past already a month and never had tracking information or anything. But then tried to contact them there’s no customer service that u can call, and semd them email. They replied my email after a week saying my item will shipped in 5buisness days and took another two weeks to shipping them. After another one week said my item has been delivered in/at mailbox but never got it. And I send several email they never replied me back. Please if u love ur money just don’t blow that in here instead give that money to someone homeless!

Hello everyone, I would just like to say that I purchased a wallet from this company and I wasn’t happy with my item, and I’m trying to return it. But Monica from customer service is indicating that I am not allowed to return my item if it’s not damage or miss print. I did some reading on the return policy and it does say that if I am not happy with my purchase that I am able to return it which I am trying to do, but Monica is here giving me a hard time. I would like for everyone else to know not to spend any of your money on this company here because if it does come out not how you want it you won’t be getting your money back they will make it an issue. I’m sorry that I had to put out a bad review but I want my money back I’m not satisfied with my item thank you enjoy your day!

Hello everyone. I made a purchase on this app recently and I couldn’t be more disappointed. What I ordered is taking absolutely forever to get here. Don’t listen to the 8 business day making and then shipping. I have been waiting for more then a month for my items to get here. I sent them a message and after a week waiting for a reply they told me they messed up on the product and they had to re do it and it will take 2 or 3 days. Well now it’s been more then a week and they still aren’t done. I don’t think this jeweler shop deserves your money at all, and I don’t think you, your loved one, or friends deserve there products.
I feel scammed. I paid I’ve $200 for a bobble. I sent in the headshots of my wife and I and the product arrive with a missing eyebrow, minor discoloration on the neck and to top it all, it doesn’t look close to my wife and I. Nothing about it. But they advertise that it’s custom and that it will look like us. I see no point in sending in pictures if it’s not going to look like us anyways. And they won’t refund us our money for this crap product. Unbelievable! Run!

And to the developer who says that I can’t get refunded unless there is a quality problem. There are lots of quality problems that I expressed and I still can’t return it for a refund. Like I said crap product and crap customer service. Custom product or not. If it’s crap it should be refunded no questions asked. People don’t take care of customers anymore.

Disappointed of the service and answers given by the customer support, first my order take more than two weeks to be processed and in production, when I contact the customer service asking why it took so long to be sent, it took several days to respond and their solution was to say that they felt sorry for the problem and that they would put my product on hold in case I confirmed if I still wanted to receive it, to which I answered yes, confident that my product was still in production and that it would take a little more time to send I wait another week Then I decided to see how my product was again and I was surprised when I saw that it was suspended, I contacted them again to see why they decide to put that status in my product without notifying me and it is the date that have been more than a month waiting and my product has not even been finished.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service, not to mention SOUFEEL is slow and takes forever for things to load. I ordered 2 charms for my pandora bracelet. I did not receive them for 2 months. Received no information from them as to why there was a delay until I reached out demanding more information. I was told I would receive a partial refund for the delay with lack of information. I have yet to receive a dime. On top of that only one of the charms fits. Customer service claims it is because the charm is too small for the bracelet. I have 5 other charms from them that fit, and I have the dimensions for both the bracelet and the charm. The charm has a larger diameter than the bracelet. They keep using the excuse that it’s because the bracelet is too big. This company is a huge waste of money! You are better off going with somewhere like pandora and spending a bit more to get better quality and better customer service.

Ok so where do I start I got two name necklaces & two phone cases. Got the confirmation email, then the processing email, it’s been months. Almost two going on three months it’s been processing. Now they emailed me again saying something about a delay because of the coronavirus & all that because they must make the stuff in China I’m assuming. I understood and just accepted the fact I would never be able to gift my gf her things on time for her birthday, when I ordered them a whole month before lol. They take forever to respond to emails there’s no way you can call there’s no actual person there’s never agents available so you have to just use via email. I literally am so disappointed with SOUFEEL. Now I was patient because i didn’t want them sending me any infected stuff I bought if anyone understands lol. But now this is just ridiculous, don’t waste your money on SOUFEEL. Just go to the name necklaces website. Best ever, SOUFEEL here? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am definitely going to get my money back. TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourself from this BULL

DO NOT GET SOUFEEL IF YOU WANT QUICK SERVICE. First off, I ordered something from there app to give as a birthday present. After waiting several wells with no emails from them, I go to costumer service. There’s no agents available. I check back multiple times later but still no agents. There is literally never any agents available. So, then I leave them a message asking about when my shipment would arrive. I get the SAME information that I could have read on the website! The response from the agent said the standard shipping time. The date my package was supposed to get here has been updated 2 times now. It now says my item is going to arrive on time, but the date it shares is yesterday’s date. So basically my shipment was supposed to come yesterday, but it hasn’t and it says it is coming on time.
Before I state my review I understand the covid19 situation had a high probability to increase the shipping time. I purchased my items April the 22nd expecting them to get here before May 12th which is highly reasonable because I had to pay extra for shipping. I received an email from soulfeel 9 days later and my shipping date changed and now it is expected to be here after the date I needed it. I ordered here because of the great reviews and I wanted to get my girl something nice. Yes I could’ve ordered this sooner but I expected my items to be here in a timely fashion. Currently myself doing future business with this company is in question.

I ordered a personalized necklace from here about 2 weeks ago and I can’t track it nor get help. When I track it says that they can’t find the order with the email I used. I’ve tried contacting support from an online chat but they told me the same they couldn’t find it and confirm that i used to email. I have never even gotten an email from this app🤦🏽♀️.But my bank says it charged and I have proof. Then they asked me for the address and I didn’t feel comfortable giving my address to an online chat that texted me with incorrect grammar🤣. I told them to have a nice day and keep the money I’ll order from somewhere else🤷🏽♀️. Hopefully it pops up in my mailbox who knows 🤷🏽♀️😂I’ll update if I do.

I’ve now been using this app for three years. I wanted to buy my girlfriend jewelry but we were teenagers and I was limited on what I could afford. I went online and found this app and bought her a locket with a picture of us inside and a message engraved. The quality and price were perfect and ever since then I always use this app. I’ve bought a locket, charm bracelet, two charms, an anklet, a set of ear rings and a ring from this app and every single one has been top quality
I would love to give you guys a five stars but my last order was two necklaces engraved in one of them you can’t hardly see it but the other one was see it not as good as it should have been if only they were darker and I would have Lovvvvve them but I’m hoping that this order will be better cause they are pictures in color but I’m keeping my fingers crossed lol also I hope that I don’t have to wait until over a month to get this order the two necklaces took a while like a month and almost two weeks later before I got my order wish me luck cause there’s a lot of Birthday’s coming up and that’s what I’m wanting to get everybody for their birthdays is going to come from this app if this order turns out to be a lot better than the engraved necklaces. I ordered a bracelet knowing about the 3-4 days it said it would take to prepare before shipping. I contacted support a couple of times after it was past the time it should’ve been ready(the first time i emailed support was a week after it was supposed to be done) and each time they said it would take longer and longer. I ended up having to cancel my order because i needed it in time for mothers day and would’ve never received it in time. If you are ordering off the site beware that not all they say about wait time is true, and don’t depend on their expected times.

I wouldn’t recommend. I wanted to cancel an order & in order to cancel an order I have to send emails & tell why I want to cancel it, I emailed them back because theyve asked why did I want to cancel and that I was going to quickly get help canceling my order but I still havent got an email back. Honestly, Im not understanding why it cant just be a “ cancel order “ button on SOUFEEL , it will take less time and be way easier than emailing and having to wait. I personally wouldnt reccomend SOUFEEL. I want my refund.

The customer service is horrible, and the information on products is very vague. I was thinking about buying a pop up card that a flower pops up when you open it and there is a ring on top of the flower. The ring has names on it and there is no option anywhere to change the name of the ring. When I went to press on the support button it said there are no agents to help you right now so I had to leave a message and still have not gotten a response from them about it. Very disappointed.

I bought my boyfriend a customized watch for Christmas and put his address. He got the watch and it was so beautiful that I made myself one as well and ordered it recently. When I went to type in my address, SOUFEEL would not allow me to put any spaces! So instead of 123 AB ST Apt C (fake btw) it would’ve been 123ABSTAptC. Luckily my boyfriend’s address was still saved so I just used his for shipping. Could you guys please fix that bug? Thank you!
I love the this app app! Its awesome and extremely easy to use. I only took a star off because the tracking of your package needs to be updated a little faster. It doesn't change for weeks, no matter how many times you check it. Also, the feedback needs to be quicker. You nver get back to people & no one has time to wait like that. Other than that, its great.
