Bad customer service
Soufeel ripped me off. First, I never got a confirmation for my order and I never got a receipt, so I did not see that there was a spelling error on my order. I DID receive an email about how did I feel about my order so they obviously had my email address. Then, I contacted customer support and it took a while for them to respond to my question about my shipping order receipt and confirmation, which they said they could not find. Then, how did you have my email address to ask up follow up questions?!? I was also not able to exchange the item because it was personalized. While it is their on their return policy, I am upset I was never given an order confirmation about the gift so I would have seen there was a spelling error and I would have canceled the order before it was made. I feel ripped off and upset at how long it took customer service to respond. On top of that, my order arrived three business days AFTER it was supposed to arrive. So technically, it was five days late and I was not able to give my gift to my partner on our anniversary. Added: The developer response is also not helpful. They told me they couldn’t find my order number yet again and when I finally gave them my exact order yet AGAIN, they told me that they would not be able to help me because it was personalized. I did the same thing twice because of the developer response. They are trying to look active in the reviews, but it is just another example of how they will not help.

I ordered a personalized necklace from here about 2 weeks ago and I can’t track it nor get help. When I track it says that they can’t find the order with the email I used. I’ve tried contacting support from an online chat but they told me the same they couldn’t find it and confirm that i used to email. I have never even gotten an email from soufeel🤦🏽♀️.But my bank says it charged and I have proof. Then they asked me for the address and I didn’t feel comfortable giving my address to an online chat that texted me with incorrect grammar🤣. I told them to have a nice day and keep the money I’ll order from somewhere else🤷🏽♀️. Hopefully it pops up in my mailbox who knows 🤷🏽♀️😂I’ll update if I do.
NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ITEM!
Hello everyone, I would just like to say that I purchased a wallet from this company and I wasn’t happy with my item, and I’m trying to return it. But Monica from customer service is indicating that I am not allowed to return my item if it’s not damage or miss print. I did some reading on the return policy and it does say that if I am not happy with my purchase that I am able to return it which I am trying to do, but Monica is here giving me a hard time. I would like for everyone else to know not to spend any of your money on this company here because if it does come out not how you want it you won’t be getting your money back they will make it an issue. I’m sorry that I had to put out a bad review but I want my money back I’m not satisfied with my item thank you enjoy your day!

Please do not buy from this app! I repeat again do not buy, they’re totally scammers. I personally got scammed! I’ve an ordered item said it will deliver in 7-8buisness days, past already a month and never had tracking information or anything. But then tried to contact them there’s no customer service that u can call, and semd them email. They replied my email after a week saying my item will shipped in 5buisness days and took another two weeks to shipping them. After another one week said my item has been delivered in/at mailbox but never got it. And I send several email they never replied me back. Please if u love ur money just don’t blow that in here instead give that money to someone homeless!

Hello everyone. I made a purchase on Soufeel recently and I couldn’t be more disappointed. What I ordered is taking absolutely forever to get here. Don’t listen to the 8 business day making and then shipping. I have been waiting for more then a month for my items to get here. I sent them a message and after a week waiting for a reply they told me they messed up on the product and they had to re do it and it will take 2 or 3 days. Well now it’s been more then a week and they still aren’t done. I don’t think this jeweler shop deserves your money at all, and I don’t think you, your loved one, or friends deserve there products.
had to cancel my order, unsatisfied
I ordered a bracelet knowing about the 3-4 days it said it would take to prepare before shipping. I contacted support a couple of times after it was past the time it should’ve been ready(the first time i emailed support was a week after it was supposed to be done) and each time they said it would take longer and longer. I ended up having to cancel my order because i needed it in time for mothers day and would’ve never received it in time. If you are ordering off the site beware that not all they say about wait time is true, and don’t depend on their expected times.

I bought my boyfriend a customized watch for Christmas and put his address. He got the watch and it was so beautiful that I made myself one as well and ordered it recently. When I went to type in my address, the app would not allow me to put any spaces! So instead of 123 AB ST Apt C (fake btw) it would’ve been 123ABSTAptC. Luckily my boyfriend’s address was still saved so I just used his for shipping. Could you guys please fix that bug? Thank you!

I tried to order A product on this app at like 3:30 AM and I needed customer service so I just put something random down Thinking they wouldn’t get back to me till later in the morning but a customer service representative got back to me right away and helped me through the process
I love the Soufeel app! Its awesome and extremely easy to use. I only took a star off because the tracking of your package needs to be updated a little faster. It doesn't change for weeks, no matter how many times you check it. Also, the feedback needs to be quicker. You nver get back to people & no one has time to wait like that. Other than that, its great.

Hello Everyone. I ordered something yesterday and it took a few hours to be ready. I don’t know why people is complaining about the time. Right now it’s the perfect time to order something before San Valentine’s Day because They’re gonna have bunch of orders. Be patient and wait for your order Y’all have a good day:).
The customer service is horrible, and the information on products is very vague. I was thinking about buying a pop up card that a flower pops up when you open it and there is a ring on top of the flower. The ring has names on it and there is no option anywhere to change the name of the ring. When I went to press on the support button it said there are no agents to help you right now so I had to leave a message and still have not gotten a response from them about it. Very disappointed.
This was my fifth time ordering a case from you guys I love it and everyone I order a case for loves it too if I can give ten stars I would my other case for my Iphone last and it didn’t crack n my phone fell plenty of times with the case no cracks or scratches it’s well worth the money I am a on going customer 🥰
slow customer service
I wouldn’t recommend. I wanted to cancel an order & in order to cancel an order I have to send emails & tell why I want to cancel it, I emailed them back because theyve asked why did I want to cancel and that I was going to quickly get help canceling my order but I still havent got an email back. Honestly, Im not understanding why it cant just be a “ cancel order “ button on the app, it will take less time and be way easier than emailing and having to wait. I personally wouldnt reccomend this app. I want my refund.
