Hi. New to the app and it keeps stopping after I scan the qr code on the charger in my building. Does not go to the next screen Thank you. Phil Massa
I can't log in to the app, OR sign in via Google or Facebook. I get a message that the app has a bug. The QR Code Reader doesn't help, as it directs me to the log-in page that I can't log in on.
My charging sessions get discontinued randomly. After starting to charge, I would get an notification that charging session was suspended. This would require getting back out to stop the session and re-start another session. Very annoying. Not sure if it is the station or a compatibility with my car. But I have never had any problem charging at home or elsewhere using other charging stations to charge in the 3 plus years before I started using this AmpUp station that we recently installed at the office.
I don’t get activation email. How to ask to resend it?
