I can't log in to the app, OR sign in via Google or Facebook. I get a message that the app has a bug. The QR Code Reader doesn't help, as it directs me to the log-in page that I can't log in on.

My charging sessions get discontinued randomly. After starting to charge, I would get an notification that charging session was suspended. This would require getting back out to stop the session and re-start another session. Very annoying. Not sure if it is the station or a compatibility with my car. But I have never had any problem charging at home or elsewhere using other charging stations to charge in the 3 plus years before I started using this AmpUp station that we recently installed at the office.

I don’t get activation email. How to ask to resend it?

About this app

Each charger host sets the prices and policies for their chargers. this app makes the policies and pricing transparent for drivers, so you can see what charging speed you’re getting and what you are paying per minute or kWh of charging.  Hosts sometimes set up idle fees, which promote charger availability by encouraging drivers to vacate the parking space after charging.  If you own an EV, you know how frustrating it can sometimes be to charge. this app makes charging easy by enabling building and property owners to provide charging for their residents, workers, or people just passing by – seamlessly and hassle free. People like you!  Note that prices and idle fees are set by hosts, and this app does not have any control over those fees or policies.  Get push alerts before idle fees start with a reminder to move your car. this app provides customer support for drivers.  Bookmark favorite chargers or enable notifications for when an occupied charger becomes available.  Make money and help take polluting internal combustion cars off the road by installing this app-enabled chargers at your place of work or residence.  You can also link your existing RFID card or badge - or request a new this app RFID card - to swipe and charge quickly without your phone.  If you have an issue, our support staff can get back to you within 24 business hours to address your charging or billing issue.  Just scan the this app QR code on the charger with AmpUp ’s QR reader to start your session in seconds.  Save your payment method so you can charge quickly and easily on any of this app’s thousands of chargers.  Find chargers nearby or on your route, see if they are available, and even reserve them ahead of time.  See charging session history and receipts.  Hosts set their own prices and policies, and this app handles payments on their behalf.  Discover not only this app powered chargers, but also chargers from other networks.  Some locations require special access, which you can request from the charger’s host.
