App won’t work when charging at station, account balance doesn’t drop when charging. Unsure if charger is free, app is glitched, or I’m being charged some other way.

new app is crashing with IOS 17. App opens and then closes. I have tried reinstalling the app and the same thing happens. I have multiple iPhones with IOS 17 and none of them work.
