When you add items to your cart and go to check out it will say a higher price subtotal. For example, I added a shirt that was $36, when I went to check out the total price was $65. I tried deleting and re adding the shirt to my cart, closing Lulus , updating Lulus , no matter what the subtotal was always $65 even though the shirt, even in my cart, said $36. I gave up on getting the shirt after reporting the issue and not hearing back. I tried getting two more items and it was the same thing. I’m not sure if they are aware of this and trying to see if people will not notice that they are charging way more than the listed price, or if it’s a problem they are unaware of. I know this has been going on for over a week so I wonder how many people are not paying attention to the sub total and not realizing they are paying double the price than what is listed for some items.

I love this app, so having an app is fun. It’s fairly similar to the site, but you can save information regarding your account and discounts more easily, in my opinion. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is just because there are some small bugs they should fix. Sometimes when I’m scrolling and want to preview a color, those little buttons don’t work correctly. Also, sometimes on the product page other color options don’t always show as an option. It’s just some small stuff I’m sure they will refine over time!

I ordered a wedding dress and it was too big, but it was great quality!! I usually wear L-XL, but they were out of stock in XL so I thought I’d try the 1X. Aside from being too big, it was really beautiful, great quality fabrics, and just like the picture. I returned it and received store credit. I placed another order for another wedding dress and can’t wait to see it!!!!

I am a long time user of the this app app and have made various orders over the past couple years. Lately though Lulus keeps crashing as I am viewing things and overheats my phone. I have updated Lulus itself twice now and my phone software is up to date, so I cannot fathom why it continues to do these things. If these problems persist I may have to give up using the convenient app and go back to online ordering.

I do a lot of online shopping. I often shop the “sale” section. Most sites have “filters” so I can plug in my size and only the items that will fit me will populate. It is frustrating to see an item and it’s not available in my size. Other sites allow other filters such as sweaters vs tops or skirts vs pants. And I have seen tons of items that are listed as “no longer available”. Why is it even on the site? Nice selection and reasonable prices but the site could use some work.

I ordered my daughter a beautiful white graduation dress. With everything being closed due to the pandemic; I was so worried about where I would find her a dress. I ordered her dress and within 4 days it arrived. She loves it! I love it on her! I am so pleased with the size and style of the dress. I highly recommend LuLu’s to anyone. I’m thankful that my two daughters enlightened me with the store sight and will for sure be ordering more outfits for them:-)

I already basically spend all my money at this store, but now it’s going to be worse since Lulus is so easily accessible! I will have no regrets though. The clothes are gorgeous and so worth every cent. The quality matches the price and now with the easy convince even you will be spending your paychecks at this wonder store.

In general, Lulus is functional. However, it seems to have a different issue that renders portions of Lulus unusable almost every time I log in. In the past, it was glitchy when scrolling and sometimes closed on its own, but I could access any page eventually. Now, I can scroll with very little lag and Lulus hasn’t quit on me (yet) but I cannot access anything on the lists page (wishlist, waitlist, etc).

Shopping at this app is an enjoyable experience. I thought Lulus would make it even better. It’s well designed, it gives access to everything one needs and easy to keep track of Loves and Wish Lists. But it doesn’t look good on iPad. The right half of the display is partially hidden. Finding things gets harder.

I think it’s definitely up there. I love this app and have been waiting for an app to shop on it for forever. I just saw they finally had one and downloaded it - it glitched instantly. I went to one of my “loved” items to see it again and the page has all the sizing/color options and Love button jumbled on top of one another. It’s been freezing constantly even after restarting Lulus . I’ve had it for one day and have had the hardest time getting it to stay open and not crash within 5 minutes - Lulus is full of bugs!

Lulus even when it’s the only one open on my phone, makes my shopping experience less than ideal. It is extremely slow after browsing for 3 minutes or more, and makes the back top section of my phone overheat, even too hot to touch! Even if I get to the point of checkout, the prices don’t adjust when items are removed from my cart. I love this app, and hope this gets resolved soon.

Awesome app! Easy and fast to use. Only thing I’d really like to see is the inseam info for pants. This info is on the website but not on Lulus and is really important to find the right fit. Please add the inseam measurements to Lulus and not just on the website!!

I love the this app app, however I found that browsing on their website is easier. For eg - the website shows appropriate recommendations based on the product you’re on. That is not the case in Lulus .
I’ve also had difficulty looking up some items even though I know they’re in stock.

I like Lulus , but it’s difficult to save items for later. So if you have items in your cart that you like, if you want to save them for later you have to go back to the item and LIKE it, then go back to the cart to delete. (And I still haven’t been able to locate all the items that I liked)

Lulus badly needs a way to save items for later.

I love everything about this website I only order here for clothes the quality is amazing customer service is amazing and if something doesn’t fit they exchange with ease as well as returns! So friendly and their discounts are insane!

It’s a great app and everything looks so flawless. Minus one star because it only displays a few items of your wishlist at a time and everything else gets pushed away on Lulus and only displays the recent saves. If you go on the website, everything gets shown.

Words cannot express my excitement that this app now has an app!! Literally my favorite store of all time - so many cute styles, great quality & reasonable prices. Lulus is going to make me go broke...Apple Pay just makes it way toooo easy. Seamless shopping experience, fast & easy checkout, quick shipping. Love love love this app.

Overall I really like it. The main difference I noticed is that Lulus does not tell you what size clothing the person bought when they've reviewed the clothing. Online it does. When I feel like I could be an xs or s, I always read the reviews and saw what size fit which way. It was much easier to order.

I love Lulu’s, but Lulus just stinks lol. It crashes almost every time I use it, and sometimes won’t even open at all (just gives me spinning wheel of death). Also, it logs me out regularly which is annoying.
Love the convenience, just wish it worked better.

Lulus interface is easy to use and appealing. The downside is that whenever I try to check out, the so totals have been way higher than when I manually calculate it. This has been deterring me from using it as often since I don’t want to pay $400 for a $200 order.

So dangerous that shopping on my fav site is just got that much easier. Love the styles and unmatched variety. I can pretty much find something for every event in my life on Lulus (weddings, holiday parties, work, brunch). There’s a ton of cool content on Lulus as well. From formal dresses to beauty tips and (equally dangerous) recipes, this app has me covered!

Lulus is so user friendly, simple, yet has everything and anything you could ask for in a easy to navigate app! Plus the quality is amazing for any formal, casual, vacation, and any time at all clothing! My favorite hands down!

So incredibly excited that I can now shop this app from the convenience of an app! Lulus has all the functionality I could want or need - which is frankly dangerous for my wallet. Thank you for developing Lulus this app!!

I love this app and I'm so excited that they finally have an app. I'm not a big shopper but I love to "window shop" online and this makes it so easy. Look forward to all the new styles coming to Lulus !

I paid extra for 3 day shipping and the dress won’t arrive until 4 days after the event. Called customer service and was told well we ship thousands of packages and some don’t arrive. I’m stuck without a dress, and have no way to get another one in time. So disappointed but apparently I should be happy I’m getting my shipping refunded??? Won’t recommend this company to anyone.
