My info is not saved in app (name, address payment) even though it has worked great before. I cannot see most recent orders and clicking though options on the apps renders an error that is only resolved if I log out and back in.

I am unable to click on “Pay Now” and it is grey in color. I have all of my information listed correctly. I have my card selected. Shipping and billing addresses are correct. Nothing is expired.

How to fix Lulus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lulus app on iPhone
Update Lulus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lulus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lulus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lulus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lulus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lulus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lulus App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lulus » click [Force Stop]

Update Lulus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lulus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lulus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lulus.

Fix Lulus unable to contact server/ Lulus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lulus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lulus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
