I transferred my Theta from MEW as instructed to the Theta wallet. There it sat for months. I open the wallet to show a friend...no tokens. Gone

Ask about it on the official Telegram page and the person who I assume is support tells me my tokens are synced... to what, who knows

Says I have to buy more of the same amount of tokens to trigger the original tokens back into my wallet

Avoid this project and product. You’re obligated to hold your tokens only on their wallet...this is a scam

I feel sick right now, just opened my Theta Wallet to find my Theta and Tfuel at TOTAL ZERO, no transactions listed, nothing. I had ~236 Theta tokens and ~1700 Tfuel and it is gone! What do I do?

EDIT: They got back to me post haste and all is well, check out your holdings on Thetascan, pop your Theta wallet address in there and you can see every transaction you've ever made. 1 star to 4.

Only tells you quantity of Theta, but no indicator of current dollar value...no graphs or charts that give you a real time market update. I hate that I have to do a search and do the math. Wish it was more like my Exodus wallet that shows all of these things. Maybe there’s another way? I’m still new to this.

After several attempts to reach out too THETA team about loosing my THETA wallet after upgrading my iPhone software to 13.1 on e-mail I thought I try sending a review to get some advice on what I might be doing wrong. THETA team can you help me with this issue? Thank you

When I set up my wallet on my iPhone 11, it didn’t give me an opportunity to create a keystore or a password. All it gave me was the mnemonic phrase and I was able to create a 6 digit PIN. Am I missing something?

Don’t panic, it’s a glitch of some kind on Theta’s end. Go to their official site and use their web wallet. In the mean time go to explorer thetatoken, do a search. Here you can put in your public address and see your balance is still there. With that said..

Theta fix your bloody wallet or at least follow up with complaints on your reviews.

I have iPhone 11 and having problems in the Theta app switching from mainnet, testnet, testnet_amber. I have tried reloading many times. I have tried shutting down and restarting iPhone. I notice when I go to Apple to re-download it shows a cloud sign, so maybe I keep downloading something that is not right from the cloud. It’s not super serious, but I would like to have it work the way it should?

I can’t get the Theta wallet that I have on my computer to sync with the Theta Wallet on my iPhone 11. I have tried everything. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I can’t even see the Theta Token‘s I own, on my iPhone. Can somebody help me?

I downloaded the Theta Wallet and I like it, but I was wondering.. Do I have to buy TFuel in order to to transfer my funds out, and if so how do I do that???

I won’t even pretend like I’m a crypto expert or know much about blockchain technology. In fact, I’m a total newbie to this realm and only got the THETA wallet because a friend recommended I buy some.
And of course, my first transaction went haywire. I almost lost $1k to the blockchain ether! I reached out to Theta support as a long shot effort to reclaim my lost money and they got back to me straight away. And was able to give me step by step instructions on how to find and get my money back into my CB account. I was even able to get some money lost to the ether back for my husband also! From this experience alone I will keep buying Theta tokens until the end of time. Oh, and I love how simple and elegant ThetaWallet is. Very straightforward (once you know what the heck you’re doing!)

I recently upgraded to an iPhone XR, when I attempted to open my Theta Wallet it briefly opens then closes. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and restarting my iPhone many times with no success on opening the wallet. I’m using the current iOS software release 13.2.
Assistance in resolving the issue is appreciated.

Like others mentioned I had trouble opening ThetaWallet on my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. Latest update fixes that. Thanks for this update to repair the issue.

My text size was set to large, changing it to smaller solved the problem. Now it shows 12 recovery words.

I am using Iphone 7 with IOS 11.2.5 on it. Installed the wallet, deleted it, re- installed it and always the same error:
Only shows the first 6 seed words. - So I can not create the wallet on mh phone. Please help.... Looks like I am not the only one with this problem.

When I try to open ThetaWallet , it tries to start it but gets closes immediately. I have iphone 11.
