My Theta wallet won't recognize my Trezor at login with Trezor hardware activated. The Trezor works on Trezor Suite so I know the the Trezor works

theta wallet on broken tablet cant be accessed, tried to import my theta on a newer wallet and with private key but could not access. Most of my theta was saved on my trezor before the update but cant be accessed. All show as ERC 20 tokens on my trezor but can't be accessed. Can I gain access to my old wallet somehow and access my tokens. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you, Regards Reg Phillips

Over two thousand (2000) Theta tokens disappeared from my Theta wallet and I have communicated with Theta support twice with no response from them. I have read that they will disappear from the Theta wallet because they are ERC20 tokens but I can find no help to recover them. Any suggestions ?
