So FlexWallet did not do anything that was advertised. I was approved for an amount, went to the store. You have to submit product information through FlexWallet . I thought this wasn’t a big deal, submitted my order. Was told I would get a text to show the store. I waited for twenty minutes before I finally called after not getting anything. I was informed that I was out of luck, because order have to be processed manually, and that team doesn’t work weekends. So fast forward to Monday, still nothing, I call again. Was informed orders take 48 hours to process. I thought this was for in store purchases?! The rep had me confirm the store address, and assured me that it would be ready for pickup soon. Fast forward to today, I had to call again, after STILL not getting any information. Surprise, my order was NOT set for store pickup, it has been shipped, and should be at my address “within a week”.

I literally could have wasted far less time just ordering off of their site instead of following the false expectations that this for INSTORE.

I will be cancelling and returning this product immediately and going with a leasing program that let me shop directly on partner website that had my items ready for pickup in an hour.

From day one , I have had nothing but success with this company. They have without a doubt been extremely helpful, generous and in a class all their own when it comes to customer service . Both on line and calling. Thank you Flex. Keep up the good work.

They don’t even take your payments on time and when they do, they do it in as many transactions as possible. They have cost me a ton in overdraft fees from taking the payment whenever they feel like. Once these items are paid off, never again. This service is ridiculous. Now they quit taking the payments on time and pull out money whenever they feel like it. Run far far away from using this service, this company has absolutely no organization skills. I have to call them every month just to make sure they took their money!! Like really? If I don’t call you, what is going to happen? You will just take it all at once from me? What is wrong with this company. Please someone answer me?

I used Flexshopper to buy some camera gear from Adorama. Everything was smooth and I paid it off early with no issues; make sure you understand your lease agreement before you commit to it, as I believe most of these negative reviews are because people dont understand how high the interest rate can be if you dont pay off your lease early. I give this 4 stars because the website and app design are terrible; I can log into my account, but cannot view any details of my transaction or my credit to debt balance.

I had an account, found my item, submitted my order, signed and accepted the lease agreement that they sent me, got an order number and a confirmation email ; then they cancel it out and say if you want to get your item you have to sign a new contract and pay more money than what was agreed to.

Total rip off, I can't believe that anyone would work with this scam of a company. Do yourself a favor and just apply for a personal loan or something though your bank

If you are going to disregard my warning and use them anyway don't take the full time to pay, pay it off early, seriously don't pay over double just because you can make small payments

I just used the other Flexshopper app for getting tires. The customer service line seems to be more helpful. Just finished paying off my tires and alignment on the phone, and I got transferred to this “Flexshopper Wallet” person shopper hotline to ask how this works. I’ve been in the phone waiting listening to it advertise this version of the program and still no one has picked up the phone... 20minutes now... I hope they answer soon....

This site has helped me a lot when I was unable to get items that I needed and/or wanted, I have had no problems at all with them, great customer service they work with you if you can’t make a payment that week, all the negativity from everyone else (the most part) I don’t get, I would recommend them to anyone!

This website and app has been a godsend to me and my family; sure it would be nice to have thousands of dollars to buy things with all cash, but FlexShopper has allowed us to get the things we need. Just got my son a laptop for school!

It's a lease so if you can't make the weekly payment just return the merchandise and you'll be all set.

Sure they are going to charge you more for an item if you take the whole year to pay it off. If your smart you do this to get the item then exercise your rite and call them to pay the item off early. That way your not paying triple the amount.

This place is a joke I filled out everything it asked and it told me I was approved for $1900 then I download FlexWallet so I can use it in the store wouldn’t let me log on talked to customer service and they said I don’t have an account even tho I do and to re apply well I did as I had a few things I wanted to get so I figured whatever it only takes a few min we’ll when I went back through the process it says I’m not approved now don’t waste your time

Above and Beyond Great Service! I was having problems with my app and had to reapply. Store manager got In touch with their store’s flex shopper rep who walked me through the process and fixed my service with an even better option!

Y’all do know, that y’all can be sued for charging half the amount of interest that it would take to have to make that pay ment once a week for 12 months right? The interest rate for any legal indebtedness is 6% per year, unless a different rate is specified by written agreement, but the maximum rate is 8%. Exceptions include, amount others, contracts for more than $100,000; those involving ERISA, business, and agricultural loans; and loans secured by savings accounts. You’re trying to charge well over 50% interest.

We have really the ability to get great products and pay them off early
Customer service has been great

Man’s Had to call several times. Took 3 times longer than it was supposed to. And would have taken longer if I hadn’t called several times until I finally got someone who actually helped me. That call took an hour.

I would like to say thank you for allowing me to take charge of my finances and at the same time allowing me to purchase what I would like. Thank you. Words aren’t enough.

My experience from day 1 has been great. I love all of our products that we’ve received through this app. Greg from billing was very nice. The billing department has been so nice and worked with us every step of the way!

Not too user friendly.

Had placed order before and got denied b/c they couldn’t find the item.

Understanding that they need cross the “t’s” & dot the “i’s” when doing orders.

But as a returning customer my info is already there.

Why is personal shopper only on FlexWallet .
I work long 10+ hour days & I do a lot of shopping online. When I’m at the computer no one really bothers me. But when a co worker is on their cell phone they get called out for not being productive & dereliction of duty even if their on their break.

Let personal shopper be used on computers too.
It might get you more Business & is only fair that if can be done on the phone why can’t I use it on the computer?

I’ve used them several times and extremely pleased with their customer service. Like anything, read before you sign.

I downloaded FlexWallet specifically because the website was being a little bit dumb, the pay off lease button is completely gone and I have no idea why so I downloaded FlexWallet , only to find you can’t really do much at all on FlexWallet other than to look for items(but it’s much easier on the site) garbage app, I’m sorry.

Every time I call to get assistance or use live chat they always know how to correct the problem

Natalie was my customer service rep and she was amazing to work with. She explained everything to me and it made perfect since.
