I bought 10,000 units at .63 rode it all the way up to 15.60 never sold was going long on it. Opened my wallet every day for nine months and then just stopped opening for me. tried to call theta support so many times left respectful messages to let me know one way or the other what I can do, never got any response just to say maybe try this or that. Unreal bullshit!7,200 investment was big for me, it meant nothing to them. I'm no whale so they dont have a shit, plus it cuts down on the circulating supply. This space will never gain mainstream adoption until they do better on this level. Coinbase is F#$**N aweful too! Have a nice F#$*in day Theta!

My theta wallet app updated and now the tokens show zero. I checked on the site where you can see the blockchain and it shows zero… I can’t find a number or email to get help

Theta wallet is not allowing me to access my account. I KNOW the 12 word mnemonic is correct( even tried to center the last two words as though they were positioned when they were originally presented to me ( do the last two words NEED to be centered exactly as originally sent? or will" left justifying" be accepted) I am also being prompted for a " temporary session password", is this the same "temp sess password I used when originally opening the account? I was prompted to choose a numeric password after opening and have attempted to use it however nothing is working. i'm hoping you'll be able to help me as I'd hate to lose my tokens. kindly Neil Tanner

I have a theta token account. I have the long code and the 12 seed words which work to open it but the password I wrote down when I created the account is not being recognized, it never has been. . IS THERE A WAY FOR ME TO CREATE A NEW PASSWORD FOR THIS ACCOUNT? . I am also not sure which email address I used----( could also be circleofsong@redacted, or harmonicjourneys@redacted) but my account is recognized and I can log in when I go to the website using the 12 seed words , but not with the password.I would like to get/create a new password if that is possible.

cannot access my tfuel in the address given, states that my address is invalid

I had 7,256.10881 Theta and 21,911.7767 Theta Fuel stolen from my iPhone 11 (new, though not current model) that replaced an iPhone 6S that had fallen into the toilet water and could not be fully repaired. I had to use the seed phrases to re-establish. Those are not on my phone otherwise or my desktop computer for anyone to see. Sending address (I didn't want them sent, the perpetrator did this) is: 0xfd45be3e2ec9f4a6806897263e62f1ca04631941. Receiving of thief is: 0x740ef97905dbd64c1416ceb84617f0105bb61540 This thief and this address has been written up online and has stolen from many, so there appears to be a weakness/vulnerability in the Theta Wallet. I would like your help in getting my tokens back. I question the security and safety of this wallet given how this has happened with increasing frequency to others, not just me, over the last 6-months from what I found out Online. Therefore, it is your obligation to assist in my tokens return and due to a flaw in your App. So the second issue, is the App needs to be improved and require additional verification, such as 2FA. Hi so i had to get a new phone like a month ago> I decided to put my theta wallet on my new phone. So i imported my wallet with my 12 mnemonic phrase words and it said it did not match ! I know i have the 12 words correct i carefully wrote them down and put them on a little hard drive. Please tell me you can help!? I am freaking out!!
