“Internet connection not stable“ started saying this out of nowhere connection is good snd my partner can see the cameras just fine
I can see live view of my cameras, but nothing recorded on the app since february 25th, although there have been people going into my house/properry. Makes the security aspect totally useless.
Also having issues with Fullscreen on Android.
Keep receiving sever not responding on both my mobile smart plug.

Won’t connect - Keep getting “no update package available” message. Battery goes fast… Chime is hit or miss with connection. Looks nice, but functionality is a 2 out of 10. I’ve logged out of app, re- installed app, reset devices multiple times, not sure 🤔 this is going to work or be very reliable?

Nooie app suddenly doesn’t work anymore on my phone. Can’t see any of my cameras. It’s as if they’re not connected. Then finally I see them but app froze. Tried logging out and back in to try again but app won’t let me log in. Keeps saying “unknown” at the top of the screen. It also displayed a message saying that my internet connection wasn’t good which isn’t true, I have full strength internet as well as data. Very frustrating as I depend on this app for my baby monitors. I will have to switch to something else as this has caused a big problem in my household.
The app is useless right now. When I try to log in to bump my husband off the screen freezes. This is an important security application, and for this to be happening is so frustrating!
Also, The app no longer works for my wife or I without Re downloading it every time we need to log, which is extremely annoying. When we pull up the app it just freezes once reaching the login page and won’t allow us to login or even tap anything. If we delete and Re download the app it will work the one time, but once one of us needs to use it again the next time it will stop working again. Please help get this fixed soon

Cannot log in to app keep getting request error and 360 cams won't connect
No longer usable! All cameras say “camera unavailable” and when going through troubleshooting it doesn’t even want to sign back in without a fuss, giving multiple error messages. Obviously an issue on their end!
Cannot log into the app. Get a "request error" warning. As far as I know, the camera is connected to wifi.
The Nooie App has suddenly lost all its IOS iPhone and Ipad plug data overnight for no obvious reason. All other apps and the network are functioning perfectly satisfactorily. Q:1 Why? Q2: Is there any point in adding all 6 if it loses the data?
