How to fix Waha app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Waha app on iPhone
Update Waha app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Waha iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Waha on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Waha network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Waha Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Waha not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Waha App
1. On android, goto Settings » Waha » click [Force Stop]

Update Waha to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Waha App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Waha » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Waha.

Fix Waha unable to contact server/ Waha internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Waha » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Waha » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
