How to fix Quiety app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Quiety app on iPhone
Update Quiety app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Quiety iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Quiety on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Quiety network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Quiety Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Quiety not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Quiety App
1. On android, goto Settings » Quiety » click [Force Stop]

Update Quiety to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Quiety App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Quiety » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Quiety.

Fix Quiety unable to contact server/ Quiety internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Quiety » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Quiety » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
