I have been having a problem with Pa. Caesar’s B&G/- AKA Pa.Tropicana Online Casino, for over a year now. The Pa.Tropicana Online Casino in the AppStore for IPHONES, Does not work. So only android users can play online. The games will not load. You can login, get your bonuses, and look around, but you cannot actually play any games. This is not an issue with my phone. I am up to date. It is the App. Tropicana needs to get it together, because they are loosing out on a lot of money. Support does not want to face the fact that it is the app, and not the customers. Fix the problem, no other casinos have this problem. I am trying to help, because im sure it is an issue for business.

I wish I reviewed the comments before putting money in this app. There was a glitch with the deposit and hitting submit ended up taking 3 times what I planned. With it being a promo I planned to play and cash out since it was at more than I planned to deposit anyhow. Surprisingly I won! Great fun playing however getting the winnings has been nothing but frustrating! Uploading documents, then had my account blocked and have to chat anytime I want an update - which ends up being something else they want proof of. It’s been over a week and I haven’t even gotten what i originally deposited or my winnings. I can guarantee that if I lost I wouldn’t have to show my bank statements. Beyond frustrated with this process. One rep on the chat was helpful - Robert - so if you get him, then you may actually get some information. Otherwise the response will be that it is being reviewed and you will be emailed. Horrible site! This experience is questioning the Caesar’s brand altogether- Vegas in 2 months…may need to lose my loyalty to caesars if this isn’t resolved soon.

Do not listen to the promotions. It states that they will give you up to a $300 match for first deposit. But what they don’t tell you is that this bonus is only for casino games that they have next to no good games. Then what they don’t tell you is in order to sports bet with that bonus or take any money out you have to PLAY THROUGH 25 TIMES. In order to access this bonus you have to play through $7,500. I reached out to customer service about this issue checking to see if there was a way to sports bet this bonus and they told me the best they could do was a $25 free bet after being transferred to 4 different people. Interface is sub par service is terrible. There are so many other sports books that have better apps, promotions, and better customer service. Stay away from Caesar's.

I tried this casino app and their games are limited. I put in fir 2 withdrawals. A week later still pending. I chatted customer service. They said I needed to supply a bank statement. I asked why and also said I never received a request for one. They said they needed to match name and Andrew’s on the account. They are more than willing to take money out of the account with out a statement but won’t put it back in without one. As far as the request for it, they said I needed to go into “my documents” of “my account”. I received no message, email, in app alert to ever go there. But there it was. So if I had not contacted customer service to find out why my withdrawals were pending, they would still be in limbo. Still don’t have my money back as of yet. Horrible experience compared to others.
