Downloaded the app. Not even an hour later has deposit issues I could only deposit 50$ after that I was getting blank screens. Went through 3 support agents. No one could help me. They told me give it 24 hours for someone to reach back out. But the bet I wanted to make was happening in less time than that. Not to mention there was a first come first serve boost bet.

I waited till the next morning. No one contacted me. So I took matters into my own hands. I did their job and finally figured out a solution. Well when I went to place the bet the boost bet was suspended. No one could help everyone just kept apologizing and said they couldn’t give me the odds even though all the issues where on their end.

I was told a supervisor would contact me. After waiting and having no on reach out. I made the bet without the boost. And wouldn’t you know it. An hour later the boost bet popped back up but it was too late for me Bc I already used my risk free bet. Again when I tried to reach out. I was told a supervisor would contact me. With a bunch of apologizes. No comps. No effort to fix the issue or make it right on their end. ABSOLUTELY terrible. And this was all with in one of downloading the app. Take your money somewhere else

This app rejects all my attempts at depositing using their deposit methods, except debit card. So I deposit $500. Went to place a wager, and it won’t allow me to submit the wager. Terrible user interface. Bush league customer support. And the worst withdrawal methods I’ve come across.

It will not allow me to withdraw the deposited funds, and since I can’t wager, they are stuck in limbo. The reason I can’t withdraw is because their only withdrawal options require you to deposit via that method to withdraw. And since they can’t send the money back to the debit card, my only option is to drive 2.5 hours and pick it up at a cage. That said, I asked for a refund, though I’ll likely just chargeback the charge.

Stay away from this app. All the other NJ apps are lightyears ahead. And it’s a shame because I love the Wynn properties. Really wanted this to be THE app, but it’s not.

I am not able to deposit using PayPal, when I log in successfully through PayPal I am shown an error that says “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment, please try again” and I am redirected to log back into PayPal.

I spent over 4 hours dealing with support and being directed to call three different numbers after spending time with Wynn online chat. No one was able to help me, the only information I was given was “our supervisor looked into your issue and nothing should be blocking your transactions”

I tried FanDuel sports book right afterwards and I was able to successfully use PayPal to deposit funds. This is an issue with the Wynn app.
