My wife and I were in Atlantic City on Monday July 7th and Tuesday July 8th. we attended the comedy shows at the Tropicana hotel both evenings. On Tuesday July 8th the second act for the show was a comic by the name of Cody Wright. During his performance he spoke about his occupation as an exterminator. At this point in his act he indicates that he is of the Jewish faith as my wife and I are, he then proceeds to talk about his job as an exterminator and then asks the audience "wasn't the greatest exterminator ever Adolf Hitler." The audience acted in somewhat disbelief at this outrageous and insensitive remark. I understand that comics can be insulting and outrageous but this crossed the line, After his performance Mr. Wright went to the back of the room to watch the third comedian. After the show my wife went over to him and and said "I don't want to be rude however my husband's entire family perished in the Holocaust and I found your humor offensive, to which he replied some of my family also perished in the Holocaust and I will tell the same joke tomorrow night. After that I said to him that "with the growing anti-Semitism I thought this humor was inappropriate" to which he again replied "I will be telling the joke again tomorrow night his insincerity was shocking to me and I just walked away in disbelief. I came to the comedy show to be entertained and to laugh. but after Wright's performance I was anything but happy. His performance was inappropriate and hurtful to Jewish members of the audience. If you are to use him in the future it would be appreciated if his material was previewed and not anti-Semitic. Sincerely Paul and Lenni Rosenfeld.
I have been with the Tropicana for many years and enjoyed my experiences there. I got a Caesars Rewards credit card thinking it would benefit me, Instead, I was screwed!!!!! I started out with Diamond Status, which resets at the beginning of each year. I should maintain Diamond Status until I can reach this tier points by the END of the year. The credit card 'upgrades' people to Platinum status (a perk for anyone else), but since I was already at Diamond, I was 'downgraded' to Platinum!!! I would like my correct (DIAMOND) status reinstated so I can get all the benefits due me -----entrance to the Laurel Lounge and other lounges belonging to Caesars properties, and also, to get the $100 Birthday Celebration gift dinner, which I was always entitled to before this fiasco!!! Please REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL and straighten out this issue. I tried to call the phone number for support, but after being on hold for a very long time, a recording came on to direct me to the website!!!! Is there any type of personal interaction anymore????? I would like to speak to a live person, instead of a computer-generated entity that cannot understand anything but black and white information.

On several occasions the app I was playing which is a triple wheel of fortune did not pay me my winnings. The first few times I thought maybe I was seeing things because I was pushing the spin button one after another pretty quick. Then when I won an opportunity to spin the triple wheel the app disconnected due to “no data” By the time it reconnected I was not able to spin which would be another definite win. When I logged back in it took me back to the beginning. I hit the button again, and the next time I had a win I waited to see if it paid me my win before spinning again. AGAIN it didn’t!! Now I was validated that it wasn’t my eyes deceiving me. So I did a “live chat” with a rep named Liz who told me everything looked OK on her end. She said unless I had a screen shot of the win, she couldn’t help me. I called the number and asked for a supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up!!! I’m done. Basically unless you like your money being held hostage and stolen from you, or unless you take a screen shot before and after every hand of cards or every spin of the slot wheels you are screwed if they dont want to pay you! Could this have been a glitch ,sure, but did they return my money, hell no! I’m cashing out and deleting this app.

Kept getting booted out of game due to boundary issue and I live in heart of NJ. Also, got error saying account was suspended and then was able to log back in immediately. Went to chat and I was 6th in queue and no service. I was trying to permanently close my account and couldn’t do it, so I set all my limits to 1 to be done with this site.
Understand the bad ratings on this site , must be due to customer service. Last, the payouts are awful as with most online casinos but don’t EVER expect to hit a bonus on any game it just won’t happen. I NEVER hit spin bonus on ANY game, please save your money and time. I know, I will probably get the response from Caesars saying how they are regulated by NJ and odds are the same with each spin. Blah blah blah, bunch of baloney. Ceasars was my last stop with online gaming and they officially pushed me to quit. Hopefully casinos open soon. Online gambling is so rigged, NJ doesn’t regulate them even though they are supposed to, let’s face it.

I like to play on many sites and enjoy gambling just as much as anyone. This site is fun and has a lot of new games that some others don’t offer. My issue with Cesars is when you actually win something it goes under investigation and takes them over 1-2 weeks to pay out. Just odd you can lose no problem but when you win don’t expect a fast payout as they will prolong it to possibly entice you to cancel and lose it. Also their RTP seems funny compared to many other sites I play on. They advertise the same RTP as others but def does not feel that way. Ok I understand might be bad luck but I’ve played a lot it it just feels funny.
You can play where you please just figured I’d give you my experience. There are many options in NJ that offers better support and payouts faster then this casino.
