My son has a a gambling addiction and I am trying to help him get the money that he has coming to him and we have been trying for weeks to get it taken care of, to no avail, when we ask for a callback it never happens, it is a scam. They have his account suspended but will not work with him or me. We are at a loss for what to do, short of getting a lawyer or the law involved, any help would be greatly appreciated ?

I won $4045.86 on 3/17/23 and tried to withdraw on 3/18/23 ,my withdrawal was approved on 3/19/23 .I have verified my account by sending a selfie holding my ID AND HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE THST they have been received and approved.I had my withdrawal issued by check because my credit union does not accept instant withdrawal which is ridiculous because I use that account to deposit money on the app .So I had withdrawal issued by check on 3/19/23 ,SO 4 days after wards and I’m getting an email from BARSTOOL SPORTSBOOK STATING I NEED TO SEND A. SELFIE AGAIN SO I RESPONDED BACK to email stating I had already sent the email with selfie and it was approved on 3/18/23 ,I then followed up with Live Chat and told them about this email and they told me not to worry about email because my withdrawal has been approved and to disregard email .So today Thursday 3/23/23 I get another email from same guy from Barstool EDDY STATING HIS FAULT THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE SELFIE AND THST THE INTERNSL TEAM IS WORKING ON MY ACCOUNT AND FONT HAVE A TIMEFRAME OF WHEN THEY WILL BE FINISHED,SO I SENT BY EMAIL A SCREENSHOT OF THE CONVERSATION WITH LIVE CHAT SAYING NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND AGAIN REACHED OUT TO LIVE CHAT WHERE THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT BECAUSE MY CHECK HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT OUT .This has got to be the most unprofessional and probably illegal thing I have ever dealt with regarding a sports gaming business.I need someone to contact me by phone (409)291-3705 PREFERABLY IMMEDIATELY IR BY EMAIL WHICH I TRULY DONT PREFER .I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY MONEY IS

As I make a deposit, I see it come out of my available balance with my bank right away, so I know how much I can spend. I wake up the next morning and the amount I deposit is taking from my available balance again. Chats do not help at all. When I explained to them what happened or rather what is going on, they ended my chat. What a mess now to go and dispute with my bank. Back to fandual I go!!!!

I recently signed up for account with Barstool Sportsbook in PA I received a $25 free play and I did the deposit and played Risk free and received my bonus for that during this time I won a decent amount of money and decided to withdraw a portion of it I wanted to do it via Paypal because it said it was instant payout I reached out to their help service and inquired about how to withdraw via PayPal they said I needed to make a deposit through PayPal and then the withdrawal option would be available I already made a deposit prior to this being called to me using a Mastercard prepaid card because I don't like using my personal debit cards on these sites with that being said I made my second deposit using PayPal and withdrawal option became available just like their customer service stated I hit the option to withdraw a portion of my money and since then I was told I needed to send screenshots of my PayPal which I did a picture of myself holding my license which I did a picture of my fiance holding his license which he did I also gave them information to withdraw using a different method since PayPal seem to be a problem they kept sending me the same copy and paste response for about four or five emails going back and forth as of almost 3 days ago I have not heard back from them since I sent everything they requested I told them at this point I don't really care if my account is going to stay suspended because they suspended it as soon as I made my withdrawal request and so I provided them with the pictures and everything they wanted which I did three times by the way they kept sending me the same responses over and over again so I finally asked them could someone that's an actual human instead of someone that seems as though I'm talking to an automated computer system please respond to me and let me know what's going on I got one little brief response telling me I needed to resend my screenshots of my PayPal I did that through the email and through their website by uploading it with the link they provided and I have yet to hear back from them I wrote them several times and my messages still remain unanswered I've played several different casinos online in Pennsylvania and I have never once in any of the times that I have won ever gone through what I'm going through now just to get my winnings it was such a great feeling to win only for it to be destroyed by their customer service who's now making me fight for something that I'm thinking I'm not even ever going to see now I don't understand how things like this can be done or even legal because if we didn't win and we didn't pay up to them I can't even imagine where we'd be right now I'm very disappointed and if anybody knows any other method besides email to get this matter resolved would you mind please helping me out and letting me know what to do I'm ready to take the weekend and go to their actual Casino to see if there's something that can be done there it's a few hours away but it's a decent amount of money that I won and I really want to get the money that I'm entitled to one way or another. I have sent in documents of bank statements and my debit card many times. I’m being held out on money because of a deposit of 25$ in January when I lived in Missouri and couldn’t even legally use the app. I spent over 180$ in deposits to your company and you guys haven’t paid me and it’s been since September 25th!!!!!!! I’ve been in constant contact trying to get my money this is absurd. I’m ready to file a lawsuit if I don’t get my money by tonight. I signed up for Barstool played my $10 free play went to play again they put a restriction on me I had to verify with a picture a picture of my license and also pictures of my debit cards no problem did that I was approved everything was fine played for a day one day and now they put me on an account lock because I'm assuming because I want I guess I won too much for them and now they locked me I did nothing wrong to get kicked off of this casino not one thing wrong so don't win money here because if you do they're going to put you out and then you try to chat with them to find out why your account is locked and you get you get an email I have no information for you what? It told me to contact customer support your customer support and you have no idea yeah that don't sound too screwed up to me huh so I'm waiting for an email which says they're there 24/7 it's been 4 hours now no reply they're trying to think of an excuse why they can say I got kicked off but they have not one excuse do not go on this casino I'm telling you don't make me say I told you so

Unfortunately for some reason though, every time I win and go to withdraw my money to be put onto that card, they need all these photos to verify and it takes weeks. All I get from support is "They'll never ask you to verify twice for the same card" (untrue) or "ill forward this over to the payment team" (untrue). The app itself is always glitching and restarting, even after multiple updates it never gets better. I have been a very loyal customer and racked up over $22,000 deposited and I feel like I can't even get the smallest answers. Use FanDuel they payout on time and shady to their customers like barstool. Not to mention you never get any free bets on barstool regardless of how much you bet. 0/10 don't waste your time

I won 2 bets February 8th and to this day i still haven't been paid. I tried to withdraw (never had issues before) and for some reason my withdrawals returned. Immediately after, my Barstool account was closed they asked for me to prove my identity and i sent in every single thing they asked for and they still shut my account down but wouldn't tell me why and they kept all $8,088.00 and claimed they sent it out via check. They sent it to the wrong address in another state on purpose (not the address i signed up with) then i called to change my address and have the check sent to where i currently live and for some reason it's taken 2 months to cancel the first check and issue the new one, and it still hasn't been done. No updates nobody knows where my check is but they claim it was sent out on the 11th of February. I had a hold on my mail from my old Pa apartment and the post office said nothing came for me at all. They never sent the check to Pa. I put $500 cash on that bet and got robbed. Customer service won't even respond when i contact from MY device, but if i make contact from another device i have no issue getting through. FUCK BARSTOOL THEYRE SCAMMING CHEATING THEIVES

I continue to have issues and have been UNABLE to play games that are suppose to be available. I've spoken numerous times , even uninstalled my app, then re-installed it, and still NOTHING. I’ve been a user of Barstool Sportsbook since the day they launched in IL. With that being said, until this point in time, I have not had any issues or problems with them and their customer service and responsiveness to any problems that come up has been fantastic. Recently I won a decent sum of money and decided to cash out my winnings. Per their FAQ page, the timetable for cashing out via paper check says “ Please note it can take up to 14 days to arrive”. Based on my own research I have seen most receive within 5-10 days. My withdrawal was approved within hours and I have not heard back since. I reached out to their live chat and was notified by the customer service representative that I should expect my check to arrive in 3-4 weeks. If I would have known it would have taken this long I would have cashed out electronically as I probably should have done anyways. Upon asking why the FAQ page says what it says I was told “I’m very sorry about the miscommunication but that is how long it takes”. I have cashed out from DraftKings multiple times via check and it has taken 5-10 days from time it is approved. If you want your winnings in a reasonable amount of time stay away from this book. Better promotions and the opportunity to be awarded free bets for your frequent play can be found at DraftKings or Fanduel.

First withdrawal is an absolute pain. Here’s your warning.

For your own sake make your first withdrawal a small one. I tried withdrawing the bulk of my money 4 days ago. I’ve had to send screen shots of PayPal, selfies of my wife and I holding identification, and I’ve had 10+ email/chat sessions. What’s even more frustrating is my second withdrawal I made 2 days ago is already pending in my bank account. Same exact accounts involved! It makes no sense. If I could do it over again my first withdrawal would be the minimum withdrawal amount. Just a classic case of a huge company being happy to take your money instantly then making you jump through hoops for days to get it back. Hopefully this helps somebody avoid the headache I’m going though. Update: almost 2 weeks later and I finally got them to make successful initial withdrawal using a direct routing number to my bank. The process was a huge pain and for some reason they totally disabled my PayPal that is in my name in the process. They won’t give me a reason as to why they did it and apparently there is nobody to talk to to even try to fix it according to their chat/support staff. This is even after they contacted me because of this review. I’m not sure how long I’ll continue to use this app since apparently they can just decide if they want to let you use your accounts on a whim.

I’m not one to write a bad review basically ever. I had 3 bets over the past 3 days that I had tried to cash out on over and over again when it gave me cash out options and it just kept freezing on me. I’d go out come back and again I’d click the cashout option and it’d freeze again. I have a screen recording of it happening over and over again. I’ve used Fan Duel before and never had an issue. I tried to contact Barstool customer service and they told me the odds maker was just updating the odds at the exact times I was trying to cash out and there’s nothing they can do. You mean to tell me your odds maker was updating odds for a half hour straight, even during commercials and at half time the entire time? I even reached out to them during the game when the odds weren’t locked and they still haven’t done a thing. They have no explanation on why it’s really happening and it’s been an unpleasant experience. The customer service was terrible and I lost over $500 in 3 days because there cashout option didn’t work on a straight Moneyline bet and they just can’t do anything. My experience before this happened was good no real issues and I supported barstool over Fan Duel because of Dave and all he’s doing for small businesses but this is ridiculous, unpleasant, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this app. Use Fan Duel.
