How can I pick the right answer if my question is different than what the correct question is???

Stay far away from foxbet!! They took out over $6k from my bank account without authorization. We emailed them and they apologized for the mistake and said they were looking into the issue and will send us a paper check for the money they owe us. They said please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery of the check. That was on May 10th, 2020. We are now in November 2020 with NO sight of our money. We’ve sent them tons of emails with no response. We’ve contacted the BBB and even they were not able to get our money for us. So 6 months so far with no sign of our money that is owed to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BETTING SITE, UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TAKING ALL YOUR MONEY!!!
