I am blown away by what the Cue Health device can do: administer a lab-quality COVID test in under 20 minutes from the comfort of your own home. Installing and using CueHealth was mostly seamless— the only hiccups I experienced were (1) my first test came back “Invalid” (apparently I didn’t swab my nose well enough the first time), and (2) when setting up a profile for my child, the authentication process kept failing after the PRIVO page said “success”. But Cue’s tech support folks were super helpful, and straightened it out pretty quickly. All in all I far prefer this over driving to a testing site. The convenience is hard to beat!

When I was traveling for business with the cue reader, I used it to test myself every morning before I met my clients and coworkers. It’s super easy to use, only take 20 minutes to get the results, and I could send a screenshot to whoever I was going to meet that day. The ease of mind and the sense of control of my day was just amazing. Every traveler and every home should have one.

I like how easy CueHealth is to use and how straight forward it is. Testing with the cue reader was a breeze it walks you to all the steps one by one and i like how u can also talk to a doctor for advise or whatsoever and use the test for travel purposes. Cant wait to see how many more test they will be making in the future. Its a very good investment love it! Thanks cue for making life so much easier !

No more appointments, no more waiting in lines, results in 20 mins … what more do you want?!?! Fast, accurate and if anything goes wrong (because chemistry and biology don’t always behave as expected) then FREE replacement. I’m sold! Can’t wait for the menu expansion where other tests are offered. I would get the reader now before price goes up once the other tests come out ;)

Super easy to use CueHealth I was able to use it for travel which made travel even less hectic than it already is I recommend this to anyone and everyone that app was super quick the people are super helpful I haven’t had any problems up to now

I added a membership to the cart and Cue automatically adds extra products to your cart with out consent and then customer service won’t refund it.

Also be warned that the monthly memberships are a full year commitment which is nestled in their fine print. And there is apparently no way to preemptively stop it from auto renewing. So you are told that “you will LIKELY get an email about it” but apparently it’s nearly impossible to get out of this program.

My two sons and one daughter-in-law just arrived for Christmas from Seattle and Chicago. All were asymptomatic and all wore masks. Elder son and wife tested negative on cue device; younger son tested positive on cue device despite negative antigen test 2 days ago (repeat cue test also positive). Younger son is now under quarantine in the guest house. Great technology.

I purchased the Cue test in January in hopes of finding a higher quality testing option than the rapid antigen tests.

My first two tests were fine - they matched with lab testing PCR tests and had no issues.

Since then, I have ran 10 additional tests. 7 of those tests were invalid. Of the last 6, 5 of those have been invalid. A 16% testing rate is frankly unusable.

I emailed Cue about this and customer service has frankly done nothing, despite me asking for a refund and them to call me. When they looked into the issue, they said many of the test issues were a mechanical issue with the cartridges but offered no solution.

Here’s a direct quote from their email “After investigating further, it does appear that the majority of your invalid and canceled tests were caused by either a lack of enough sample or mechanical error with the cartridges.”

I have been using Cue reader for our family gatherings. I had some invalid tests. When I contacted Cue, they were very fast and thorough. They replaced the cartridges fast. Thanks for great customer service. This is a fantastic home test reader. Looking forward to more home tests, particularly for kids.

Early days, seemed to work well. Last few times, CueHealth would not launch despite update and phone reset. I can’t even see my old tests. The testing device needed a hard reset once but actually now won’t start at all despite the hard reset. What still works is the monthly billing. Had high hopes for sensitive testing but the device has to show up when called

Tester works great, but if you want to use proctored for travel, it’s $80 a month! You have to sign up for a year, no flexibility. It would be better if you could go back and forth month-to-month or if they established one-time fees for proctored tests for those of us with, I guess, sub-standard membership plans.

I will not renew once my year is up. Local testing is a better option since they’re everywhere now.

I had a COVID test from a provider who used this device and app, and instructed me to find my results in CueHealth . The Cue app sent me notifications and emails to see my results, yet my results don’t show up in CueHealth . The notifications don’t link to my results, or tell me how to find my results, either. Tons of popup windows make CueHealth difficult to navigate, and basic functionality (like displaying my results) is missing. UX is super poor

The instructions are very clear, CueHealth walks you through step by step, and everything runs smoothly. The visual design is lovely.

It worked great the first two times I used it. Tried to use it yesterday and 2 tests both said error with the cartridges. Decided to update CueHealth & now I can’t even open CueHealth because it says my phone is jailbroken & won’t operate on jailbroken devices… my phone is a normal iPhone purchased straight from the store with no changes. I can guarantee it’s not jailbroken.

I used their kit and test showed positive, I took it again an hour later and it showed negative. I contacted their support to help me understand the chances of a true/false positive and all they could say is “our test isn’t very reliable. Please get a second opinion” and that they don’t offer any medical diagnosis. So what’s the point of using their tests if regardless of the results I need to take another test?

CueHealth is extremely user friendly and walks you through what to do step by step each time you take a test.

The Cue app is very intuitive to use, it comes with step by step video instructions. Very convenient tool to do self check at home.

Love this product. As a mom, the Cue app allows me to test my kids and myself whenever I need it. It gives me peace of mind. And the results can be printed and mailed to my kids school.

My experience with Cue Health has been amazing. The product is so easy to use and seems to be so well made. CueHealth walks you through exactly what to do, and makes testing (for COVID in my case) so much more convenient and less stressful. Portable, easy to use and safe for everyone.

It’s a very sleek design and SO simple to use, overall very user friendly and almost a pleasure to get tested! My only concern is the fact that each test must be done with disposable plastic cartridges (not unlike gameboy carts from back in the day). I was wondering if there’s anyway to make these kits more recyclable or eco friendly.

The text and especially the testing status is too small to read. I have my glasses on, lights on and my iPhone set the biggest font and I can barely make it out. Reminds me of trying to figure out if I’m grabbing the shampoo or conditioner when I shower.

Unfortunately CueHealth doesn’t work and I haven’t been able to connect my cue device to CueHealth . Constant error messages

Awesome app!!

Scanned QR code and Manually typed Mac and pin. Both failed on my iPhone and iPad. Can not find any workaround.
