Bazaart Status

I’ve been using the bazaart app for about 3 years now and I only had minor issues, nothing major until this new update and it completely deleted and damaged all of my projects. When I first clicked on the app I had duplicates and that was weird because it never happened before so I deleted the duplicates and upon doing that it froze afterwards forcing me to restart my phone to go on the app and it automatically updated. After the update, all of my projects were deleted and damaged. I mean all of them. I was so upset because why would my original projects be deleted with the duplicates? But I didn’t delete the originals, it somehow acted as one with the duplicates and were deleted and damaged as well. I can’t access none of my projects at all. I have over 1000 projects and can’t open them up due to Bazaart new update which messed up everything I’ve done in 3 years. I do hope they can get my projects back, all of them. Because I’ve worked to hard on them for my business. If you’re reading this, please don’t delete the duplicates it will delete your originals along with it, like it did mines and many others. I’m not the only one that is experiencing this, so many have been complaining since last week 5/30/24 for me about (the new update), and it’s has everyone upset. As of now the Bazaart support team says they’re aware and are working on it to fix the problem.

cannot load my projects nor download them

The app has continued to get worse over the past two months until it became absolutely unusable. The projects I was working on were no longer salvageable because the app kept deleting more than I was adding. Between that and the constant crashing, and the developer’s utter refusal to address any of these problems, not even having enough respect to write anything other than “happy fall” in their versions history - my subscription was due to renew on the 27th but I just canceled it tonight. It’s hopeless at this point.

Why isn't my phone compatible with the bazaart app?

Crashes all the time! Great app but extremely buggy .. impossible to work with. Freezes. I’m using my iPad Pro last gen with iOS and app up to date.

My bazaart app keeps freezing on 2 different phones. What can I do to fix this???

Opened a project on the app and now my phone has stopped working. Can't reset or use at all.

My projects keep disappearing. I save them but they still disappear, so I have to screen save them in photos, but I’ve already lost a lot.

Ya’ll need better service. I’ve had so many problems with this app, and no matter what I do, nothing fixes it. I understand if ya’ll don’t want to help us, but you’re most likely going to lose users. Sorry!🙃

A whole project just disappeared while I was working on it and I can’t figure out how to recover it.

I open app and it is fine. I click on my current project and entire app shuts down right away. I spent 3 days on this project… We need answers! I pay for premium!

Like the other comments I see here, the app keeps shutting down. I pay for premium. Those I know that have uninstalled and reinstalled have lost all of their projects. I see here that it’s been going on since March with no resolution and no contact from Bazaart. Good way to get a really bad rep, which I will contribute to right now. Unreal.

Hellpppp what is going on!!! I go to open the app and it shuts down completely!!

When I click on the icon nothing loads! I even deleted the app and downloaded and it’s still not working.

When I click on the icon it starts to open and then closes down completely. I can’t access any of my saved work.

Hi, I’m using Bazaart on my iPad on a trial version, every time I use magic the app crashes and closes, I’ve restarted the ipad, I have paid for the app on my phone and it doesn’t do this, is there anything I can do?
