No way to capture imagery

the drone doesn't sync with my phone all the time. but if i uninstall and reinstall the app from google play it will work until next time . also 1 of the batteries will not take a charge all of this is still under warranty

My de22 drone is fully charged as well as the controller. When the drone is turned on and then the controller, the red lights flash on the drone itself. The app will allow me to go to main page. Once I select controls, I can see what the camera is seeing but will not let me do the calibration like usual. Need help.

Hi, I have an f183w aerial drone, just put together - drone seems to synch, will start and fly, but when on the deerc fpv app, there is no camera view - connection issues, if able to fly ok? I think the camera is not working, or defunct? Can just see a small red light blinking within camera housing.. is it a faulty camera? as able to fly with controller ok

Lights show synced, but i suspect no gps as the app is not working to link phone with drone wifi...any suggestions

I have the same problem as John Townley, the camera transmits just fine but the controls on the phone don't work.

I can connect to my drone over Wi-Fi but the camera and controls do not work. Any suggestions? Model: 10

Camera worked a few times then stopped connecting but drone flies OK otherwise.

I crashed my Deerc De22 GPS 4K2-Axis Stabilized Gimbal drone it still flys but my camera gimbal assembly stopped work and it won’t show move or take pictures I can’t see where I’m going it there s replacement part or some way I can fix it
