Everytime i try to play Survivor.io the game keeps crashing and kicking me out after a few seconds when a black screen appears i don't know why?

i purchased a 99.99 dollar pack for 120 fishing lures and one s grade exellent chest with 40 survivor shards and my apple pay got charged but i never received the reward. i love this game and i spent a lot of money can you please help me?

The app work before recent updates but now I just try to open the game but show a black screen for a few seconds and close. Device: Iphone 6 ios 12.5.3 and note that i have 4 gigabytes free space

I started playing and the second time I open the game nothing works it will let me battle but I cannot upgrade anything. It says abnormal network try again later and login failed I don’t know what to do. Please help!

Whenever I open the shop my game freezes and crashes every time and sometimes crashes during a match.only time these problems don't happen is when I have airplane mode on(turn of all my wifi)but then I can't upgrade or receive items
