Everytime i try to play Survivor.io the game keeps crashing and kicking me out after a few seconds when a black screen appears i don't know why?
i purchased a 99.99 dollar pack for 120 fishing lures and one s grade exellent chest with 40 survivor shards and my apple pay got charged but i never received the reward. i love this game and i spent a lot of money can you please help me?

You do not receive the award (Gold DNA) after completing the Main Challenge e.g. 14 Research Lab (2 of 3). This happened many times when trying to claim the Gold DNA. Platform iOS- iPad
BUG: the pet evolve does not convert correctly REPO: preset the following… 2 x blue chickens 2 x green chickens 3 x grey chickens The evolve should auto-convert upward like so: 3 x grey chickens will make 1 x green chicken 3 x green chickens will make 1 x blue chicken 3 x blue chickens should make 1 x purple chicken, but that doesn’t convert? After the evolve, we are left with 1 x blue chicken I can confirm this happens for chickens and fish but presume this bug occurs on all pets.
