Look Susan, I do not agree with this. I am trying my hardest to contact you guys through phone to dispute your findings. I do not use Apple Pay. I only set up Apple Pay on my phone. Therefore something happened where I was scammed I did not give authorization for these transactions and I’ve stated this from the get-go when I called the first time in the morning. You guys failed me, failed to send me an email regarding steps to move forward with this and in that timeframe I was taking for it was all my money. Had two fraudulent atm withdrawals in succession! I immediately contacted Lyft direct pay filled out dispute only to get denied stating that in the legal section of the card agreement they have 0 liability for fraudulent atm withdrawals with pin! I told them that my information was compromised by scanners that were found on credit/debit reader at 711 pod registers!! From what I’m told is that the legal section I’m talking about they are non compliant with the federal e regulations! I’m going to pursue this to the fullest extent of the law in federal court now it’s not so much the money as it is the principle behind it!!! There was a fraudulent ATM charge on my account for 205$ I contacted their customer service and they sent me a form to complete and submit. I submitted it and the next day I get an email that stated that they have rejected my claim because my pin and card was used. I don't even know where the ATM was and when this charge occurred I was at the dentist office and made a payment. I called customer service and the first lady kept interrupting me. I hung up, called again and asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent would not transfer me to the supervisor. I requested a full report of what they did to try to investigate and the agent stated the email that I received is what they sent out. Gig workers work really hard to make their money and this company does not care about that. They are shady, shady, shady! I am in the process of making a complaint to the FDIC. I am basically out of 200 bucks. Don't use this company! Stay as far away as you can!

BEWARE ON DIRECT DEPOSIT WIRES!!! I've talked to multiple operators to find out why they would decline a direct deposit. They state that the sender ACH transaction entered the wrong name. That instead of putting my name they put the bank's name 'Stride Bank' . That they didn't take the money. The sender of the direct deposit Bank of America states they did transfer the money and it shows that it went through. That they did received the funds therefore no funds were returned back! What the! I can't seem to get through a manager nor am I able to submit a complaint!!! I have to go through multiple operators just to get answered!

I must say that I, too, have been quite frustrated with how inaccessible Lyft Direct's Customer Service agents are. However, when I have NEEDED to reach them, I ALWAYS HAD A NUMBER TO CALL!! I'm looking that number up right now to see if I can post it here for others to utilize. As for missing pay, I have NEVER experienced one single penny in missing earnings, whatsoever, whether I have received them on my Lyft Direct Mastercard debit card, another personal debit card, or Direct deposited to my bank account once a week that could NOT be explained or accounted for!! If this is happening, I suspect it is more to blame on Lyft's end than the debit card as the system is now automatically sending earnings if you use the Lyft Direct debit card!! Contact Lyft and demand a full accounting of what you earned, according to THEM, then compare it to your own records, including the app's listings!! Somewhere in there is most likely the problem. Last year, when Lyft changed how drivers were paid, it APPEARED that drivers were going to earn a bit more. But after practical application, and drivers like me submitting spreadsheets comparing their earnings AFTER the change to what they would have been WITHOUT IT, drivers like me who did long runs to the airport were LOSING MONEY we would have made without any pay rate changes being made. It took MANY OF US SPEAKING UP WITH PROOF to finally get Lyft to change it most of the way back....enough that we weren't losing that money on longer rides that the shorter ones could NEVER make up for, no matter how far we drove to pick up the passenger! So speak up with whatever evidence you can find and let yourself be heard ANYTIME there is an issue. Don't just post on a website. It is unprofessional and speaks just as much about you as it does Lyft.
Lyft Direct has not put my140.07 back on my card that was refunded from Amazon on the 8th of October. I have been trying to get my money from a failed ATM transaction for 21 days. Per federal guidelines a Provisional Deposit was to be put in the account within 10 days. No money has been put in and it took 14 days with several phone calls and emails to get the claim form. Still no money and no response from the supervisor in 7 days.

How ABSURD is it to have to coach a representative through exercising the options at his/her disposal in order to provide better customer service? I haven’t been able to see my transactions consistently within the LD App for almost two months now. Phone calls typically amount to nothing if you’re not asserting yourself while simultaneously letting call reps know that no matter how many times they repeat something to you verbatim, you’re still left there with no resolutions. Excellent ratings while driving with Lyft, I enjoyed the conversations with different people (most of the time), but this whole ordeal is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. The information in requesting is my own and is accessible by a call center rep. I can’t even get an email reflecting my transactions while my money just fluctuates and I can never be sure where it’s going or coming to.. RIDICULOUS. I see now that I’m not the only one! Call every hour on the hour, I say ☺️

It funny how the company stride bank can take your money for a payment but when it time to get your money these people already refunded me my money the same night & it still showing it’s pending. You call to speak to a supervisor no one is available or one will call you back & I don’t like to answer weird number. I have bills to pay & I just want my money back. Why do I have to wait 30 days is what one of the agent said... I have a receipt the paper said zero balance. Spoke with the manger of the place I made a transaction with said my money was given back as a refund same night it just depends on your bank to release those funds. Imma find how to report & shut you guys down. To many people complain about this card when it comes to transaction & refund. Stick with my real bank Chase to make transactions because when things go left I’m getting a provisional credit until prove otherwise. Customer service stuck you can’t get a person to speak English it just crazy. I like I can get paid quicker & faster but transaction wise not so much.

When I first called Payfare Sunday night to report a missing fare they promised it would be resolved in 24 hours. Well now it has been well over 48 hours since I first inquired about my missing fare. The rep I spoke with did say they could see that the payment failed and it would correct In 24 hours after investigating, which was now 48 hours ago.
What more is there to investigate? This is unacceptable to keep a drivers $ during the holidays. I cannot believe you have not corrected this issue yet. Wow!
Way to treat people! I will warn all my fellow drivers not to use your service. By the way all the customer service reps seems to be at a call center in Pakistan because I can barely make out what they are saying. Very hard to communicate with them. Beware fellow drivers, stay far away from Payfare. They will mess up and keep your $ eventually and good luck getting the missing payout in a timely fashion. Been waiting 3 days now for them to fix the issue and put my missing $ in the account.

I have been using the lyft direct since September of 2019 they have made various improvements of a lot of important things, but they lack bank transfer speed and the ability to see the ach from the Customer service end like a traditional bank. My thing is why does it take 3-5 business days for ach to come in I know every institution handles wires differently but if I get paid Friday I should see the money in my account at least by Saturday morning, if I get paid weekly (every Friday) why do would I want my direct deposit to come in on Tuesday or Wednesday kind of defeats the purpose of direct deposit. Other than that I’d say the app is pretty sturdy all around besides the deposit info and the fact that when you get on the phone with customer service they most likely are not American(mind you it doesn’t matter what there nationally/ethnicity is) I’d just like someone who spoke proper English so it was easy for both parties to communicate
