How to fix bwApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the bwApp app on iPhone
Update bwApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall bwApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix bwApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve bwApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

bwApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix bwApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the bwApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » bwApp » click [Force Stop]

Update bwApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear bwApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » bwApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart bwApp.

Fix bwApp unable to contact server/ bwApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click bwApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto bwApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch bwApp
