Force Stop the bwApp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click bwApp app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "bwApp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch bwApp.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click bwApp » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
