How to fix Q8seha app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Q8seha app on iPhone
Update Q8seha app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Q8seha iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Q8seha on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Q8seha network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Q8seha Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Q8seha not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Q8seha App
1. On android, goto Settings » Q8seha » click [Force Stop]

Update Q8seha to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Q8seha App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Q8seha » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Q8seha.

Fix Q8seha unable to contact server/ Q8seha internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Q8seha » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Q8seha » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Q8seha
