When trying to pay I get a screen showing “problem processing your request.” This is only happening since I updated the app today

How to fix SEHA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SEHA app on iPhone
Update SEHA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SEHA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SEHA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SEHA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SEHA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SEHA app issues:

Force Stop the SEHA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SEHA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SEHA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SEHA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SEHA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SEHA.

Fix SEHA unable to contact server/ SEHA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SEHA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SEHA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SEHA on android.
