Horrible horrible App. Not a surprise at all. Typos everywhere. 2000’s level user interface. Why is it so hard to create a well functioning, well designed app? Local Kuwaiti restaurants have come up with better end products than the Ministry of Health. I am just trying to download my sick leave and I cant from how bad Q8seha is! Link with Haweeti App is broken.
I was surprised that this application’s name got updated from MOH to Q8 SEHATY on my iPhone but on my colleagues phones the application is still under the name MOH.
I am not able to print out my sick leaves, it doesn’t recognize my ID and password and it keeps crashing whenever I need to authenticate my civil ID number to Immune application.
Please fix this issue ! It’s a disaster!

برنامج فاشل يحتاج تطوير جذري
تواجهني مشكلة في حجز موعد في المركز الصحي حيث ان خانة الاسم الكامل معطلة و كذلك عند وضع الرقم المدني و الضغط على اتمام يظهر اطار احمر على خانة رقم البطاقة المدنية ( مطلوب ) مع ملئها بالرقم الصحيح لاكثر من محاولة فكيف الحل .

البرنامج كل شوي يعلق و مو قادر ادش اشوف فحصي اذا طلع ولا لا، مسحت البرنامج و نزلته اربع مرات

هذا تطبيق حكومي يفترض تكون عليه تحديثات باستمرار والوقوف على فعاليته ، يطلب المصادقة من هويتي ثم بعد المصادقة ترجع للتطبيق ولا يفتح !!!
i downloaded Q8seha and it doesn't even open, whenever i press it, it takes me back to my home-screen. i tried everything i even deleted some storage to have extra space for Q8seha .
Q8seha doesn't work each time i open it goes to home screen and still active in the background i tried deleting it and reinstall same problem

All i want to do is check my blood test results… apparently i cant do that because of constant crashes that wont allow me to even click on them. Why did they even take access away from my doctor. Unnecessary
The test results- Didn’t work at all - several times , I removed Q8seha and downloaded it again couple of times, and I reset the phone settings many times too , didn’t work ,,
Can’t open it, It keeps crashing when trying to open the blood reports section. It also doesn’t show my appointments!! What a waste!!!
It used to work and I could print out my sick leave. However, now it’s so bad to the point it doesn’t recognize my ID nor my password. You need to work on it.

بلوقت الحالي بسيط وعادي جدا المفروض يتم ارجاع كل التحاليل فيه ولكي يستفيد المريض يجب تفعيل طلب التقارير الطبيه وطلب لجان طبيه وحجز مواعيد الاطباء سوا زائرين او محلين وايضاء معرفه صرف الدواء ووضع الحاله المرضيه للمريض عربي وانجليزي نتمني لكم التقدم والازدهار وموكبه التطور يا بلادي 🇰🇼
