Word Crush opens on my iPad but then does respond when trying to open the next level. In fact nothing I tap on responds. When I tap the next level button the border of the button starts blinking. Not sure what its trying to tell me! Help. This is one of my favorite games…

Butterfly forest shows 100% but won’t restart to let me catch more butterflies. Why is this.

I am second on Word Crush game 6726, if it would only stop crashing out I’d probably win. It’s not about the points to me it’s about the chase and winning. I’ve followed all instructions below to resetting my iPhone XS Max version iOS 15.5, software is up to date and I have a very reliable connection, nothing seems to work. All very disappointing. No problems with all my other apps.

Crashing more than once per game for 2 weeks now. No suggestions fix it.
Game played well until after level 3000, but for the past 650 puzzles there are frequent “drop outs” to a blank screen than out of the program. This happens at least 4 times per hour. In addition, some games just completely lock up, jeopardizing my history. I have to again reboot the game and so far I have been able to Recover. About to have to look for a new game!!
Seeing other messages I think I know why I keep getting out of word crush. I have reached a high level and I don’t want to lose everything! Very angry!

Word crush never used to freeze. I'm getting frustrated and ready to ditch the game. It freezes and says not responding. This happens constantly when tournament is playing.
When many of the ads come up they just stop or replay over and over until it crashes to a black screen. Please fix, it is frustrating. Thank you.
The x on the top left corner that clears the screen is not clearing, therefore you can’t play the game
