Word Crush opens on my iPad but then does respond when trying to open the next level. In fact nothing I tap on responds. When I tap the next level button the border of the button starts blinking. Not sure what its trying to tell me! Help. This is one of my favorite games…

Game starts to load, progress bar then stalls about 1/6th up and everything just stops.

Keeps crashing. Now can’t open at all. Playing on IPad

What’s up with the advertising after I finish the daily puzzle? It’s very irritating, especially after I paid to not have any annoying advertising.

Same problem as others. The game keeps crashing. Sometimes when claiming prizes and sometimes during the game. Very frustrating. Do not want to delete and lose everything. With months of complaints, why haven’t you fixed it?

My letters will not shuffle. I had this problem before but it cleared and I don’t know why and the levels were easier to play but now the letters don’t shuffle.

Husband has butterflies. My game doesn’t

I was in the middle of hatching six butterflies on Master level 992 and when I was at 100% in botanical garden it froze in I lost my cocoons and can’t gain anymore butterflies

When I want to stop playing for awhile I can't get the game to turn off without turning off my phone

When I first turn Word Crush on it works great but alter 30 seconds it starts getting slower and slower. Then very slow.

I was playing the game, as usual, at bedtime last night. The game froze with 3 final words to go, on @unpleasant parts in winter”. I’ve tried booting my iPhone 8, everything I know. This morning, my phone is still frozen with the game from last night on the screen. I can’t see anything else on my phone, can’t even take calls. HELP!!!

Butterfly forest shows 100% but won’t restart to let me catch more butterflies. Why is this.

Same problem as most of the above messages. As soon as I open the app it brings me back to my screen. Won’t open. I’ve tried everything.

I am second on Word Crush game 6726, if it would only stop crashing out I’d probably win. It’s not about the points to me it’s about the chase and winning. I’ve followed all instructions below to resetting my iPhone XS Max version iOS 15.5, software is up to date and I have a very reliable connection, nothing seems to work. All very disappointing. No problems with all my other apps.

Keeps bring me back to opening screen when I try to click on next level (10,611). Have tried restarting phone without resolution of the issue.

On the butterfly game it hasn’t let me collect butterflies for a long time. No matter how many I get I’m stuck at 100% on lost forest.

Hello, I keep getting this error when I am trying to collect additional rewards, (failed to load ad, please try again later). Please explain how I can solve this issue.

Word crush is a good game BUT It keeps returning to opening screen with out allowing my to play

Word crush will stop and put me back to the screen of icons. I select word crush and the same thing happens. Even after rebooting.

Game closes within 1-2 minutes of playing. Can restart and continue at same place but frustrating!

The game keeps freezing up and it’s hard to reset. Also, while playing the game, my phone gets hot. It’s never done this before.

This app keeps crashing constantly. It’s been doing this for awhile now…it’s very annoying. I’ve read most of the reviews seems they’re having the same problem. Don’t you think it’s time to fix the problem…..

The game will not stay on my iPhone screen longer than about 1 minute

Keeps bumping me out, back to the main page. It’s happening so frequently that I’m about to give up on it. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, but it still does the same thing. It was my favorite game until this started happening, and it even seems to be getting worse.
