keeps crashing ive won the same level twice i have to play that level over because it crashes. Ihour unlimited play time lost because of crashes!!

To resolve Jewel Crush network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Jewel Crush App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jewel Crush » click [Force Stop]

Clear Jewel Crush App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jewel Crush » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jewel Crush.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jewel Crush » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jewel Crush » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jewel Crush
