I pay extra fee for the speed transfer, however they still held my money for a few days. I contacted the customer service, and they said if you can't wait, I can process your refund, and you will receive your refund within 14 days. That’s really funny. If I can wait why I still pay the extra fee for the speed transfer and if I request the refund I still need to wait 14 days to receive my money back. That’s absolutely trash. Ridiculous.

PandaRemit has lot of bugs. Though I haven’t reached the limit for the day, it says I have reached the limit and not allowing me to make the transfer. Poor app full of bugs. Many part of PandaRemit shows text in Mandarin. The transfer time also very very slow, compared to other apps. Many a times, I couldn’t even use the coupons because of the above bugs and some other issues. Customer support is also very very worst. The lady doesn’t even know anything about the product. I have to explain her how Panda Remit works. In total, they need to fix a lot of things. Many a times it doesn’t allow to do any transfer saying 9k limit per day, even though I do two days after. Very very very annoying. Their customer support doesn’t have any clue and just ask to try again later. Very very pathetic and annoying.

PandaRemit is very different to use, no matter using Alipay to connect or using PandaRemit directly. Your App developers are so bad! When I used Alipay to connect this app, every time after I verified my bank account, it asked me to close the page and go back PandaRemit to continue, and there is NO such thing as “continue!”! It only showed a pending transaction and asked to verify and link bank account again! I tried at least time times! Evan created another transaction! Then I tried using PandaRemit directly, I though it might because I was using Alipay, but NO, this time I even can’t verify my bank account! After I clicked the bank name , it never redirected to PLAID! “Continue “ never works! Never have such a bad user experience! And customer service are useless!

I just feel like I am begging them to use their app. One of my transaction has been held for couple of days and no one is processing it. They are asking for more personal information and I have provided, and then no one responded!!! DMV’s service is even better than them. They don’t even say sorry or propose any possible solution. They just do not respond!!!

Worst app I have ever used! Worst customer service I have even expected. If you do not want your money to be held for weeks and cannot even get apologize, DO NOT USE IT!

They got one star just because there is no zero star option! scam app!

Before you pay the promise you that the money will arrive in less than 2 minutes. But after you pay they take more than 24 hours, and when you ask customer service, they say they can’t do nothing, they say they can cancel the order but it’s gonna take 5 days to get your money back, so you don’t have much choice. Customer service doesn’t exist, stay away, it’s a scam.

I sent my money to United States and like other people they held my money in between and you will not able to get the status if the transaction is failed, every time I went online to chat I got same customer service representative and asked me for patience. He said a full refund will be issued but but when ?? I cannot even track my refund. Status shows “refund accepted” nothing more than that. I hope I don’t loose my money and they give it back to into my account.

Customer service is: 0831 ended my call in the middle of the communication. They marketing the transaction is instant delivery. However, after taking money from my bank account immediately. After 15 hours, they require me to send out more information. After I sent the information, they told me the their bank system is offline and need to wait 3 days. However, the customer service also said the bank can do verification during the offline time, but they can not process the transaction. Now they had over 2000USD from me for days because this bank offline status. Imagine how many other users got their money hold in their bank account. And a business that holds millions of dollars for one day can generate profits. But we as customers need to pay for the time, even a large transaction fee.

The actual exchange rate in PandaRemit is worse than advertised on their website. When I tried to make my first transfer from USD to CNY, they claim that the transaction was failed and held my money for 2 weeks. In the meantime , there is no way to get the money back. When USD strength, the transaction miraculously went through. Essentially you are paying them to gamble with your money.
