Customer service is: 0831 ended my call in the middle of the communication. They marketing the transaction is instant delivery. However, after taking money from my bank account immediately. After 15 hours, they require me to send out more information. After I sent the information, they told me the their bank system is offline and need to wait 3 days. However, the customer service also said the bank can do verification during the offline time, but they can not process the transaction. Now they had over 2000USD from me for days because this bank offline status. Imagine how many other users got their money hold in their bank account. And a business that holds millions of dollars for one day can generate profits. But we as customers need to pay for the time, even a large transaction fee.
Worst customer service, and a scam company. Do not use!

This app has lot of bugs. Though I haven’t reached the limit for the day, it says I have reached the limit and not allowing me to make the transfer. Poor app full of bugs. Many part of the app shows text in Mandarin. The transfer time also very very slow, compared to other apps. Many a times, I couldn’t even use the coupons because of the above bugs and some other issues. Customer support is also very very worst. The lady doesn’t even know anything about the product. I have to explain her how Panda Remit works. In total, they need to fix a lot of things. Many a times it doesn’t allow to do any transfer saying 9k limit per day, even though I do two days after. Very very very annoying. Their customer support doesn’t have any clue and just ask to try again later. Very very pathetic and annoying.

The app is very different to use, no matter using Alipay to connect or using the app directly. Your App developers are so bad! When I used Alipay to connect PandaRemit, every time after I verified my bank account, it asked me to close the page and go back the app to continue, and there is NO such thing as “continue!”! It only showed a pending transaction and asked to verify and link bank account again! I tried at least time times! Evan created another transaction! Then I tried using the app directly, I though it might because I was using Alipay, but NO, this time I even can’t verify my bank account! After I clicked the bank name , it never redirected to PLAID! “Continue “ never works! Never have such a bad user experience! And customer service are useless!
