Not sure why so many bad reviews
Just purchased a 8k and 10k BTU with wireless control. Setup was incredible easy and has worked perfectly. It’s nice to be able to turn the down if you forget before leaving. Also haven’t had any connection issues yet. We do have 1000download with a nice router which might be why. No complaints yet.

Amazing
I have the 10,000 btu that has cooling and heating and the system in whole is simply amazing it works wonderfully I absolutely love it and the app as of now works great and I love everything about it
